Tips:
Lit Orb in Spires of Arak, close to where Rhukmar’s path is.
Small Red Strange Seed in Stormwind City, where the Everbloom Portal is. It is to the right of the portal.
Tiny Frog underwater in a river in Spires of Arak. It is on top of the rock, under the water.
Brittle Bone in Blades Edge Mountains next to a large Apexis Crystal.
Misplaced Candle in Spires of Arak. The candle is on top of the skull, next to the large candle.
Odd Cup in Draenor Shadowmoon Valley, in Exile’s Rise. It is next to the campfire.
Interesting Rock in Outland’s Shadowmoon Valley. It is on top of the mountain, where all the green fire is.

Baa'l's Secrets

This is a long one, and lots of travelling between different zones. You have to click each clue in order, for the next one to appear. Below are a few macros which will pinpoint on your maps all the locations of all the clues.

The First 20 clues involve running around, Azeroth, Draenor, And Outlands. During these you must click 20 objects in order, below are the WayPoints and the order you have to click them, (Paste, is a super addon to have for this):

Speaking to him without the 4 items will pose you with minimal Dialog. But on the table near the door is a list of his friends. Clicking on that will be you next clue.
Go back and speak to Grimmy, and he will be a bit more interactive, After pretending to be his friend a Note will appear on his bedside table under a bomb... A List of his Enemies!
And this is where the fun begins. MAKE sure you have, Proximo's Rudius, Rough Wooden Staff, Punctured Pelt, Formula: Enchant Ring - Striking, All in your bags. Now you need to emote 4 NPCs in Game:

Once Complete, go back and talk to Grimmy, and tell him you've had words with his enemies... But he still won't tell you any secrets... But the next clue appears in front of the fireplace. And it's his favourite recipe.

Brute force solved this one, or sheer luck... But we need to click a Rotten Potato 144 Times! Once at 144 Stacks you will get the Marker Buff.

Rotten Potato Location:

As a side note, Way Points for Arathi Highlands May not work. You may have to be in the zone and use these instead:

But with the Marker, Go back and speak with Grimmy, and apparently you smell just as his mother did when she made his favourite pie. This is enough to spill secrets, and the final secret is nice an easy. Directly outside behind his house is, Grimmy's Rusty Lockbox and inside is the Waist of Time! Woo!

Other Information:

Below are a couple of macros that will trace your progress. From Baa'l to the Waist of Time are 43 steps, the macro below will return True or False as to which step(s) you've completed. They need to be True in order.
CHECK HOW MANY OF THE 43 STEPS YOU'VE DONE FROM THE START OF BAA'L:

I'm not sure if who controls Arathi matters now with the release of Warfronts, but i just hit the torch in Feralas and went to Arathi and he's not there. Currently the Alliance are in control and I'm Horde. Since i could interact with the torch i should be on track and he should be my next objective. I've relogged and left the area but no dice.

Seems to be bugged, ever since the start of the Arathi Warfront. I did everything, yet he's not inside the building.

Grimmy currently doesn't appear in new Arathi Highlands. You need to talk to Zidormi to go back to the old version to see him. Zidormi's icon doesn't show up on the map, but you can find her south of Arathi Highlands where it connects to Wetlands.

Zidormi's location: /way 38.24, 90.09 to change between Old-Arathi and BfA-Arathi.

I have a serious problem with the Waist of Time quest. Grimmy refuses to show up even after going back in time to the old Arathi. He phases in upon login for 3 seconds then vanishes (screenshotted right before he phased): https://imgur.com/u2bB3C8 Blizzard refuses to help me address it saying it is a secret but it is really a PHASING ISSUE! The last 7 (out of 43) steps are saying false, however all others are true when I run the script to check:

Dragonflight's release bugged this NPC, he doesn't give me the list, now I don't know if I have to go after the rest.

I tried the clothes, I tried removing all my gear, Including trinkets, rings and weapons, I tried reloading, restarting, I pulled Baa'l out, I pulled Uuna out, NOTHING, this NPC does not work anymore.
