These seem to be casting a spell called Calling the Storm, which has a very long cast time that finishes by October 17-18, roughly 65 or 66 days after BFA launched. I wonder if it's telling us the release date of something, similar to the channelers on the Broken Shore in Legion?

As mentioned by Alphageek there is a theory posted on Reddit that these mobs (and the old cultists on Broken Shore) are not actually counting down to anything. That theory may very well be correct but in the interest of mystery & fun I'll throw in my two cents until something from an official source is stated lol.
I found it interesting that if you target a Nazeshi and look at the castbar under their nameplate, taking note of the first few numbers in the count, it will be totally different numbers to the other Nazeshi in the area, sometimes by thousands of digits. When you check your target's castbar however, they all have the same countdown number happening, no matter what their nameplate castbar says. Which at the time of posting this - 21:08 on the 23rd June, Greymane server, was roughly 2026000. This breaks down to just under 23 and a half days from now on the 17th July, which is a Wednesday.
Now I'm not saying it means anything and I'm not saying it doesn't. As a Wednesday is not a normal patch day however, I'll be interested to see if anything significant does happen on that day. Whether or not doesn't matter to me except as a bit of fun and something else to look at in the game. Blizzard does like to screw with player's heads so it could very well be a bit of fun on their end to see what discussions the countdowns stirred up :).
