This NPC is found in Dalaran, sitting to the left of the Antonidas Memorial as you face it (near the Bank of Dalaran). She is likely related to Ai-Li Skymirror, a Rare spawn NPC in Dread Wastes that drops the iconic Toy Ai-Li's Skymirror.

It appears Li-An Skymirror is more sinister than she seems. She is one of the targets of the quest Enemies Everywhere, which has you seek out and kill hidden infiltrators in Dalaran. This quest rewards the amazing non-combat pet Wondrous Wisdomball.

There are 8 hidden infiltrators in Dalaran. Below is a list of these NPCs and where they can be found (listed in order of location, starting at the Legerdemain Lounge and going clockwise):

Punchy Lou - at the bar in the Legerdemain Lounge, ground floor (47, 38)
Savash Windcaller - outside the Magical Menagerie, by the statue (58, 42)
Innocent Jim - at Krasus Landing, to the right against the wall as you step onto the landing (65, 46)
Sister Might - up the stairs, on the landing inside The Arsenal Absolute (55, 64)
Hannis Shoalwalker - in the Eventide, by the Dalaran fountain (52, 67)
Hugh Mann - inside the Dalaran Merchant's Bank, against the left wall (45, 77)
Classic Larry - underground, halfway down the stairs of the rear entrance to the Dalaran Underbelly (18, 58) - this entrance is at (35, 45) in Dalaran
Li-An Skymirror - sitting to the left of the Antonidas Memorial as you face it (near the Bank of Dalaran) (45, 24)

This NPC was a step above the rest for this quest -
Her spinning kick will oneshot anyone who stays close - and she'll chase down her tank during it also.
Her Chi Burst will oneshot anyone it hits on nearly! It must be kicked!

This questmob is currently impossible to solo unless you have double interupts. Stuns don't work because she'll just recast her heal or chi burst after the stun ends.

As for Li-An Skymirror. Many people are crying that she cant be soloed without double interrupts. Easiest way to do this is:

Stay at melee range at all times (especially if you're ranged and have possibility to keep her at distance ie. BM Hunter with tanking pet). If you're at melee range she wont cast Chi Burst. Every cast of these will most likely one shot you.
Always interrupt her Healing Mists, even if you're ranged with 24 second cooldown it can be done. She heals herself like once in a 30 seconds
Kite her Spinning Crane Kick. She is slow as hell while channeling it. You can just strafe away from her.

Just did it as 845 BM hunter. She was killing Hati and my Bear with every cast of Spinning Crane Kick. Then revived pet and went back to taking her down. Outside of her skills she hit you with a melee staff attack for a tiny portion of your hp so you have time to cast self healing spell or anything on you (like reviving your pet)

PS Tooltip for Chi Burst is inaccurate. In game it says that it hits for 2,5k% of weapon damage.

Just did it as MM hunter. Only need to interrupt Healing Mists and stay at near-melee range.

If you are on the quest Enemies Everywhere, unfortunately, Li-An Skymirror cannot be soloed as a Holy Priest. Even if you have the level 45 talent Censure for the interrupt/stun effect on Holy Word: Chastise and use Apotheosis for quicker cooldown on Holy Word: Chastise, Li-An Skymirror casts Healing Mists again immediately after the stun effect of Censure wears off after you interrupted her first Healing Mists.

This fight is a stalemate. She doesn't do much damage if you fight her up close, you can easily keep yourself alive with Flash Heal and Holy Word: Serenity.

You need to bring a friend or ask someone nicely to help.

Just did this as 809 frost mage, the spinning crane kick didn't seem to activate properly (certainly didn't channel as I saw some other comments stated it did) - Had to use all offensive cooldowns including Time Warp though.

Immune to warlock's fear, and pets' abilities doesn't seem to help either. Couldn't solo her, but all the other elites for the quest were easy.

Not sure if this has changed in patch 7.2.5.
Walked up to her, killed her within seconds - her spinning crane kick officially done zero damage (on my MM Hunter and Aff Lock). She did heal up once but she got chunked down instantly.

Extremely easy.
