SPENDING Timewarped Badges

During different Timewalking events (Burning Crusade, Wrath of the Lich King, and Cataclysm) specific Timewalking vendors are available with unique items. This means that certain items are available from only one vendor, and the vendors from other Timewalking events will not carry them!

An important thing to note is that each vendor is available ONLY during the corresponding event. For example, Cupri is only available during the week of the Burning Crusade Timewalking event, and will not be available during the Wrath of the Lich King and Cataclysm Timewalking events. Each vendor will be available from the beginning of the event until 24 hours AFTER it is finished (in case you like to make last minute purchases).

The items available for Timewarped Badges include mounts, toys, and various vanity/utility items, as well as Timewarped gear. The gear is unique, in that it will scale to the level of the character that buys it.
It should be noted that the scaling is ONLY when the item is purchased - as such, the item is stuck at the level at which it was purchased (e.g. If you purchase Scryer's Blade of Focus at level 76, the item will retain stats scaled to level 76, even if that character levels to 77 or higher).

While the individual gear list is too extensive to include below, each slot has a set price, as in the chart below.
Gear from certain slots are available from specific vendors but not from others (e.g. helms are only available from Cupri during Burning Crusade Timewalking, and they are not available during Wrath of the Lich King Timewalking). The exception to this are trinkets, which are available during multiple events.

For Horde, she stands between some rocks and a palm tree near the Earthshrine (Cataclysm portals) in Orgrimmar.

Edit: Obviously she is only there while Cataclysm Timewalking is active, just like any other Timewalking vendor.

Note that currently the armor pieces she sells (bracers, belt, chest) only have one primary stat. Seems a bit odd, might be a bug but be careful you don't buy something your spec can't use if you're a leather/mail/plate user.

Kiatke is the Cataclysm Timewarped badge vendor only visible at the Org (Horde) or Stormwind (Alliance) Cataclysm zone portals during the Cata Timewalking event (+24 hours).

The other Timewalking events are the WotLK Timewalking event which makes the vendor Auzin appear at the central Dalaran fountain and the TBC Timewalking event which makes the vendor Cupri appear on the upper level at the centre of Shattrath city. Each vendor is only visible during their respective timewalking events and each sells unique vanity items such as mounts and toys, BoA rep tokens (granting 500 rep with a specific faction) and catch-up gear ('Timewarped' gear that scales to your level at time of purchase, up to 675 at lvl 100) and more, all with the relevant expansion's themes.

The only currency they will sell in is Timewarped Badge which can also only be obtained from Timewalking dungeons during any of the Timewalking events. They are awarded at 5 per boss with 10 from the final boss and 10 completion bonus with an extra 50 if you can Call to Arms. There is also an additional 500 from a quest The Swirling Vial|The Unstable Prism|The Smoldering Ember you can complete once per timewalking event from Swirling Timewarped Vial|Frigid Timewarped Prism|Smoldering Timewarped Ember which drops from the last boss of the first dungeon of each event.

Being as it is a tremendous amount of badges to collect, it is highly recommended that you attempt to farm the badges primarily through the weekly quest items granting 500 badges each, and if you wish to expedite acquisition, doing the quest on multiple alts and buying an item each as they're mostly BoA is a good idea to save your sanity grinding out the dungeons endlessly. As there are 2 TW events per 7 weeks and you get the weekly quest item from the first dungeon, you can get approximately ~1075 badges every 7 weeks, per alt with only 1 dungeon completed each event or ~1375 if you only complete 5 dungeons for the weekly path quest each event.

REPUTATION COMMENDATIONS

Reputation commendations were re-introduced with the Timewalking events, as of 6.2.2. They grant reputation with various factions from previous expansions.

Here are some further notes on these commendations:

The commendations are Bind on Account, and can be sent to other characters. Hence, you can earn Timewarped Badges to buy these on an alt, to send to your main.
Each commendation grants 500 reputation at baseline. The amount granted can be increased by any reputation buffs, such as the following (note that some of the following buffs stack):

WHEE!, available by riding the carousel during the Darkmoon Faire
Grim Visage/Unburdened, available during the Hallow's End Holiday Event
The Spirit of Sharing, available during the Pilgrim's Bounty Holiday Event
Diplomacy, one of the human racial abilities

EARNING Timewarped Badges

Quests
Maximum earnable: 500 Timewarped Badges per timewalking week

There is a weekly quest associated with each Timewalking event. This quest is started by an item dropped by the last boss in the first Timewalking dungeon you complete during the event, and rewards 500 badges.
Some further notes:

Once one of these items has been looted by a character, they WILL NOT drop again for the remainder of the week for that character (even if you don't turn in the quest right away) - if you delete it you won't get another!
This quest can be completed once per Timewalking event PER CHARACTER. This means you can do this on alts to get an easy 500 badges (plus however many for the single dungeon) and save up for items you are wanting.

You cannot transfer the badges, but your alts will have to spend what they have earned. That being said, toys, mounts and heirlooms are account bound, and the commendation reputation tokens (e.g. Commendation of The Sha'tar) as well as some other vanity items (e.g. Grizzlesnout's Fang) are BoA and can be mailed to other characters.
Dungeons can be run until the end of the event on Monday night. The event vendors (who are also the quest turn-in NPCs) remain accessible for an additional 24 hours, and they disappear on Tuesday nights following the event.
Dungeons
Maximum earnable: Unlimited Timewarped Badges per timewalking week (30-40 per dungeon)

Dungeons are repeatable over and over to earn Timewalking badges. These can be completed from the start of the event on a Wednesday through to the completion of the event on Monday.
Note that the following level requirements exist to do a Timewalking dungeon:

Burning Crusade Timewalking: Level 71+
Wrath of the Lich King Timewalking: Level 81+
Cataclysm Timewalking: Level 86+

Timewalker vendor Kiatke today has upgraded the above gear to be for level 120 characters at item level 380 for waist ring chest wrist. great for my new 120

Shows empty inventory for my lvl10 Hunter. I have 900 badges to spend.

In shadowlands 9.2.5 the level 60 gear is ilvl 190. So yeah unless you are a brand new 60 it's not worth it. You can buy the greens off the AH that are ilvl 223.
