Basically, instead of buying a finite number of arrows or bullets, you get a kind of infinite magazine of the bullet/arrow type in question. Something besides (the current iteration of) ammunition holders will be used to grant gunners/archers more attack speed.
All of these changes are 100% win! WTB 3.1!No more wasting endless amounts of gold on Mammoth Cutters! I better get some now before Engineers get wise and blast the prices sky-high. Hunter changes are all great this time, MM is getting a HUGE buff. BM is getting a decent buff, can't say how good sixth tier talents will be though... SV looks great too, with Sniper Ranging getting scrapped and HuntParty getting buffed... This is all win folks!
I personally think the ammo changes for hunters is BS. You accepted you would have to buy ammo, quivers/ammo pouches, and sacrifice a bag slot when you rolled the class.I should demand recompensation for all the gold spent on ammo and quivers/ammo pouches on my hunters, because this is just stupid.Wondering what'll replace Kings in Prot though, but yay, I get to spec into crap to get 51 deep now...
Perhaps the clash here is not so much beginner/expert as casual/dedicated. Learning OoS5 minutiae et al. may be more effort than the average casual gamer is willing—or, for that matter, able (q.v. the usual situation of a parent)—to set aside. Also, there's the matter of playing time, period. The same scenario of the casual player's available effort also limits how much time they can set aside to gathering/crafting for the Auction House. This probably explains why Blizzard is incorporating infinite magazines of bullets and arrows—not as much time needed as to get all the gold you need for 28 stacks, several times over.So a new quandary emerges. How to keep the casual from feeling left in the dust, without making the dedicated feel neglected? As one of my guildmates pointed out, it shouldn't be that hard, for $15/month, to access endgame content. Perhaps these ease-increasing changes are PART of making the Ulduar raid pickup-able (along, perhaps, with trying to make all the trees PvP-viable...although I have no use for PvP, so I'm not exactly versed in that side).
" - You now gain rage when damage done to you is absorbed, such as through a Power Word: Shield."Hahaha! I have been waiting for warriors to get this ability. Far too long have I engaged in a duel or other PvP scenario where I fight a priest and the first thing they do is bubble. This always made it so I could never build rage. Therefor, I couldn't do anything to them once their shield actually went down. But with this, that will all change. I can finally whirlwind their butt off when the damn shield finally fades away.
rogues:-combat being slightly buffed, but i dunno if that haste thing is really so good. AR with less CD is waaay OP, they are gonna nerf it right after, or they will not do it at all.-HFB same as before, ok it gives 15% damage and no stacks, but we will need to click it every 30 secs like now lol. sure its not so penalized if for any reason we will drop it (kinda impossible imho)
Warlock:Siphon Life is no longer an active ability but the talent grants the old Siphon Life effect to Corruption.I <priest> can dispell siphon life, but not corruption. So - if lock will cast that on me and my arena partner <rogue>, are we going to be a free hp feed to him?Paladin:How will guarded by the light work? Given that divine plea has 15 secs duration, will it be refreshed by using listed spells? This would grant unlimited plea.Exorcism: nice. What about holy wrath?Priest:Power Word: Barrier...can't wait for this one :D
I always asked "Blizzard, this game is too difficult, please do it more simple that I can play it on playstation using 2 buttons."Thank you for hearing me.:)
