So what is faster than? Leveling without the campaign or with it? If it is faster, is there any route for it aviable?
If you've ever played Diablo 3 Adventure mode, it is like that. On the beta atleast it seemed leveling with the campaign was quicker then threads. Threads you just get a fill the bar quest and you have a handful of world quests in each zone.
This is great, I like this. Mostly because this expansion is more lineal than ever so this will make it a little more enjoyable with alts.
So the campaign is auto complete on the alt that picks it?I guess I should also ask are side quests done too or will they be shown all over?Just wondering what will be on my screen at 60 since even on alts I kind of dislike tons of exclamation marks everywhere lol
Anyone else has return to the fatescribe at level 60 to start their covenant quest but he doesnt offer The threads of fate?
By chapter 1 do they mean bastion? or the entire current campaign?
Surprised there's still no information on xmogs. What do you LOSE from choosing Threads of Fate?
Since we can't have different covenant abilities for different class specs the game remains alt - unfriendly
Does anyone know if you started questing on your second character (cause i was confused and started questing on accident) and then go back complete the first chapter on your first character, will you have an option to go start "the threads of fate" quest on the second character?
I'm still unclear on how to start this. My alt still ended up going to the Maw. Maybe it lets you pick a path once you get to Oribos?
Thank you!
Really looking forward to hearing some compare/contrast about the different styles of leveling from people who have done it on live. From what I understand from beta, it seems like Threads is a little slower, but you get the benefit of working on things like renown faster? I'm considering leveling another alt through the story itself, since it is still the first week and I felt like I missed stuff, but I don't want her to be behind.
