"No king rules forever." -Silas Darkmoon, 2020, probably
well that's unfortunate
Blizzard just wants to die on that control freak hill.
They are really trying to piss people off this expansion, arent they? The community has forced them to make changes to big things, so they are taking pot shots in revenge with tiny changes that do nothing but annoy.
Wasn't this also really good to heal up quickly on grevious week? Or was the healing from it the same as regular food?
QUICK! DUMP ALL YOUR DARKMOON FISH IN THE AH! SELL! SELL! SELL!
Nobody: Mythic + would be a world class E-Sport raking in millions of views if only it wasn't for those darn healers regaining mana so quick from drinking!Blizz: loud and clear, nerf incomingNobody: Fish feasts are too convenient and make the game a little too much betterBlizz: we got chu fam
why yall keep doing dumb changes... i lost my faith in sl for real
The current meta for healers in BFA is to drink for 2-3 seconds between every pull, which makes Mana a non-issue at all.Given that raid healers have to be balanced around Mana, this has led to the most Mana hungry healers always being OP in M+ and the most Mana efficient healers always being majorly undertuned in M+.This change is designed to make healer Mana matter in M+, because while it didn't, it was always going to be a massive balance issue. Now the efficient healers make up for their lower throughput by needing less breaks to drink.
Such a stupid change, stop making tedious @#$%ty changes like this. It feels spiteful vs gamechanging or necessary.
Nerf loot drops from m plus. Nerf ilvl lower than HC , keeping tyranical , hmmm whats next oh yeah lets remove fish feast
Fancy Darkmoon Feast you can update the article now :)
Sorry gold farmers. Find something else to extort people with.
Thats quit stupide imho....but now we know why SL is late.
Just LOL. Stop punishing people, Blizz...
Evidence #1344 that game changing decisions are made by people that dont play the game. No news here everyone
It honestly feels as though Blizzard is angry with Mythic Plus Keystones. Most of the negative changes they've made impact M+ the most / at all:
Surely the water regen slow at first is... to make mana restore in arena require you to break combat for longer to get the benefit? I guess could play into Mythic plus, but you can't drink in raids... happy to have it explained to me if I'm wrong, :)
I dont get people defending these feasts. How was years old feast being pretty much mandatory for current content good design? It was weird to have your only optimal mana drink for dungeons come from an old event thats up only sometimes. On top of that it had to be the feast while the single portions of darkmoon food didnt work, meaning they clearly didnt want you to use them and just forgot to limit the feasts. To me it seems like people are just complaining to complain again. Mana might actually be a thing for m+ now too.
