Or maybe I’ll wake up tomorrow morning to find that they finally figured out that cycling all these corruptions was a ridiculous idea. And to make up for their foolish idea, they just made all of them available all the time? They could also do one better by fixing the “catch up” mechanic for cloak resistance. I don’t know about you, but I’m pretty disappointed that my DH alt is time gated at least 10 weeks from being “caught up” to people at max resistance right now. Blizzard could do this by offering a core from any N’Zoth kill that they’re eligible to loot from, purchasable with echoes, and rewarded from any full clear until the current cap is reached. We probably won’t see any of that though. I wouldn’t be surprised to see us presented with ranks 1 2 and 3 of avoidant and echoing void tomorrow morning.I know what you’re thinking...“Hey Blizzard! There’s supposed to be seven things on Tuesday! There’s only 6 garbage things available!”Hotfix: Added seventh thing to Mother’s shop for 435,000 echoes.(A Pretty Rock)
Personally, I feel cycling the vendor was just a way of time-gating the availability of the impactful expensive corruptions like IS3, TD3 or even Gushing Wounds. So that people who accidentally had a stack of the currency to start with did not have an advantage. And yes, I deliberately said accidentally.I feel they might stop cycling & make everything available after the first rotation.
Stop saying that Blizzard doesn't know what they're doing, because they do.Analytics and monthly subscription
These "catch up" solutions came a little too late for me. I already did everything I wanted for this expansion so now I'm unsubbing to just wait for a shadowlands alpha/beta invitation or for shadowlands to go live...

I went from being really excited about this for my alts to not caring at all. Feels bad man. Will just continue to try and get things randomly I suppose, I feel like I might do better than seeing something every 6 weeks
A core per mask? Brilliant! We should work for Blizzard starting at say, $110k per year? Sounds fair. :)Unsubscribing really is the reasonable thing to do at this point.Maybe they’re just doing all this terrible stuff to BFA to make Shadowlands appear amazing by comparison? Boost the hype you know?
