Patch 8.3 Build 32712 - Freehold and Operation: Mechagon Tuning

This build contains some Mythic Dungeon tuning which includes nerfs to Azerite Powder Shot and Pistol Shot from Skycap'n Kragg, Powder Shot from Captain Eudora, and many abilities from Operation: Mechagon before it enters Mythic+.
Freehold
Azerite Powder Shot
Inflicts 3530 Fire damage to all enemies in a cone 30 yds. long in front of the caster.
~14% nerf
Pistol Shot
The caster draws a concealed pistol and fires a quick shot at an enemy, dealing 1915 Fire damage.
~21% nerf
Powder Shot
Eudora fires a heavy powder shot at a random enemy, inflicting 4035 Physical damage.
~12% nerf
Operation: Mechagon
Bolt Buster
Naeno slams the ground in front of him, inflicts 8060 Physical damage to players.
Cave In
Inflicts 3522 Physical damage and stuns players within 5 yards of the impact.
Explosive Leap
The caster leaps towards random players, heating Junk Cubes and inflicting 2522 Fire damage to all enemies within 8 yards of the impact.
Fulminating Zap
Inflicts 10 Nature damage and an additional 1512 Nature damage every 3 sec for 9 sec.
Giga-Zap
Unleashes a bolt of energy towards a player, inflicting 4525 Nature damage and an additional 5 Nature damage every 2 sec for 12 sec to all players in a line from the caster. In addition, the target takes 100% increased damage from Giga-Zap for 12 sec.
Pulse Blast
Unleashes a charged burst at his current target, inflicting 3019 Nature damage.
Recalibrate
Adjusts the location of all Plasma Orbs. Upon arriving at their new location each orb unleashes a blast of energy, inflicting 3530 Nature damage to all players within 6 yards.
Taze
Inflicts 10 Nature damage instantly, and 108 Nature damage every 2 sec for 20 sec.
Toxic Fumes
Gunker emits Toxic Fumes throughout the encounter, inflicting 65 Plague damage to all players every 3 sec.
Wreck
A series of devastating melee attacks that deal increasing damage to their target.
Each attack inflicts massive Physical damage and increases Physical damage taken by 75%100% for 3 sec. This effect stacks.
Wreck
Wrecks the target, inflicting high Physical damage and causescausing them to take 75% increased Physical damage100% increased damage from Wreck for 3 sec.
Vent Jets
Vents around the bot unleash gouts of flame, slowing the bot's movement speed by 60% and inflicting 9 Fire damage to enemies within 9 yards of the bot's front, and 108 Fire damage to all enemies every 1 sec for 10 sec.
Operation: Mechagon Trash
Arcing Zap
Inflicts 15 Nature damage and an additional 76 Nature damage every 2 sec for 20 sec.
Capacitor Discharge
Unleashes a pulse of electricity, inflicting 2028 Nature damage to all players caught in the effect. In addition, players caught in the effect are silenced and pacified for 5 sec.
Short Out
Inflicts 54 Nature damage to all players every 0.5 sec for 3 sec.
Slimewave
Inflicts 3525 Nature damage and knocks back enemies caught in the caster's path.
Volatile Waste
After dying, the caster inflicts 1510 Nature damage to all enemies within 100 yards.

Don't cry. I have timed +19 KR yesterday. You are not allowed to make a single mistake on high keys. So why should be Axe tick out-healed? If you are bad, please, stay hardstuck 1,5k.
TIL: R.io is the new pvp rating, people only grind it so they can rub it in the faces of "lesser progressed" folks and behave in a toxic manner.
Btw you "timed KR19" on a fortified week (also the week that had the easiest affixes and was widely advertised as the "push week" even on wowhead through an article) and the guy you replied to was talking about tyranical.
On topic, I don't see why would anyone complain about Freehold bosses being nerfed, the dungeon had already stricter timer put in a previous patch so it's not considered a "freebie" anymore. And Mechagon better get changes while still on PTR to avoid the fiasco of Karazhan / Cathedral in Legion where some abilities had to be nerfed by whopping 90% after everyone saw they scale out of control when m+ modifiers are applied. I still expect pugs to avoid Mechagon m+ unless it's easier than other dungeons, it's gonna be the same problem as Seat of Triumvirate - people already prefer known dungeons so they don't have to worry about learning curve and figuring new strats, and if you make the new dungeon harder on m+ than the rest, it becomes a dead key.

Why is it all nerfs but the tank buster ability gets buffed?
Because it got changed to only affect damage from Wreck instead of all physical damage. Check out the second part:

The melee attacks after Wreck weren't really the painful part of tanking that though.

You know what, people like you are literally why I hope Blizzard doesn't actually fix things. I'd rather never actually start timing 23 FHs than have someone like you get anything nice.
Well, first 2 Freehold bosses were actually too overtuned in Tyrannycal, it's pretty frustraiting that people have to come up with insane strategies like losing at every powder shot to make Cragg shoot healer which would be out of range just to avoid oneshotes or get killed by Eudora just because you got 3-4 powder shots in a row.
These nerfes should have been done in 8.1, perhaps in 8.2, so frustration that they do this nerf only now is understandable
When are we gonna get nerfs to Shadow of Zul or axe chick, or berserkers in King's rest? When it's actually impossible to outheal her axe dot in very high keys and you have to sacrifice a player and cr him(which means 100% of kr tyrannycal healers are rdruid usually). When based on rio it was possible to make only 20 kr tyrannycal in time, not higher, and fortified one is doable only because of stupid usage of bug at Shadow of Zul.
I bet we gonna get the nerf to it in a week before Shadowlands, perhaps later.

There are two bleedings on that boss. One is applied when you're hit by an axe. The other is applied by the boss to random non-tank target, and that's the one people is complaining about. You should know thatit if you're timing 19s.
Also, on that same encounter, the skill that weakens the tank isn't consistent at all. It doesn't apply the debuff if the skill is parried, but sometimes you don't parry and get damage+debuff. Other times you get damage+ no debuff. That's a mechanic which is doesn't seem to make any sense, and it's neither explained in the adventure guide. KR is just bad designed. Overtuned as *!@#, low quality shortcuts, boring design and overpowered pulls. Doable or not, it doesn't feel like a top company paid a team of people to make sure it worked. Most people I know would just never run KR anymore once they hit their io goals, and that makes fkin sense because it's not fun... and you know, people play games to have fun.
