Some of you people need to Realize this is a Fiction Story in a Video Game , ya taking this to Serious , just take a minute and appreciate what they have done here , they can not plase everyone here , just deal with it and move on , there is no need for insulting or harassing anyone , but it shows again in what Outraged Culture we live on .
Morally gray, huh?The only thing gray about her is her skin.
Imagine a world in which winning a Mak'gora means losing a Mak'gora. Ridiculous writing, Blizz, thanks, I hate it.
this was the great ending ? totaly sucked !
Golden has no idea what the hell she is doing
I feel this cinematic needed at least 2 or 3 extra minutes of work to truly get many of the ideas they are going with the story. Some of the dialog seems rushed or written in a way that focuses solely on the 2 protagonist of it.Its almost as if this cinematic was stripped to the bare bones to transmit the general idea of what was happening. And when you had a buildup that has technically been going for so long (parts of legion and the entire story of BfA plus the book has lead to this), VERY disappointing to have a cinematic that doesn't compare to it.When Saurfang talks about how there are many of his brothers and sisters in front of Thrall, and then Thrall fails to acknowledge it in a much better and compelling way is somewhat disappointing, even what he says made almost no sense for the situation. Why is that? Because its not Thralls moment and they want to make it all about Saurfang, understandable but poorly done I think. His next line telling the audience something we all know, that Saurfang cant win the duel, why state the obvious? Why not acknowledge what Saurfang is doing right away and show his support and say his goodbyes instead, since the challenge was accepted and they both know he is walking into his death. Also as Saurfang issues the duel, why not have the soldiers at the wall shout for their warchief? Remember the Wrathgate? Arthas didnt instantly walk out, was Sylvanas just waiting behind the gate? More run time needed. This is just the beginning though, the biggest issue I find with this and not adding increased run time to the cinematic, when Sylvanas finally shows what has been known of her by many yet denied by most at the end, how she is simply using the horde for her own goals (Good or bad, doesn't matter) more could had been made to show how the horde has abandoned her, instead she instantly flees because she said something and realizes she messed up........ O K ?. Not very "cunning" of her, her emotions get the better of her yet again. But a few more lines of dialogue for her after messing up, perhaps a shot from above the wall or from the sky as growing whispers among the soldiers could had showed that the horde has truly abandoned her, instead of she simply looking at her bannerwoman and realizing she made a grave mistake. Following that idea of whispers and even without it, perhaps do a 360 as she explains why did she say what she did, same lines as she had but this time speaking to everyone present both the army in front of her and the one behind. And perhaps raising her voice a tiny bit more instead of only speaking to those in her close vicinity. Again... the viewer is left to imagine or assume that everyone heard her or that rumors will spread about what she said.As with Saurfang, this does not happen because it would had added increased run time and more animation to be done, specially to the nearly static soldiers in the background.Edit: Ultimately, visually beautiful cinematic yet we get to see but a glimpse of what Blizzard is capable of achieving with the story they have in their hands, something that can be compared to the game itself with its systems and current state, lots of potential going to waste.
The Dark Lady will have your heads traitors!
I'm not crying. I'm a member of the Horde and we don't cry at honorable deaths. I just have a cold. Yeah, that's it. Screw Blizzard and their damn cinematics. I'm going to need a lot of chocolate and a gallon of ice cream to get over this one.
What a way to ruin Sylvanas. Cheers blizz.
The Horde is coming back! Thank you Varok!
Garbage. Pure garbage. If Sylvanas is some uncaring monster that just wanted to rack up a body count, then why even accept the Mak'gora? Better yet, why would the cold, calculating banshee queen suddenly start screaming about how she hates everyone the second she gets a SMALL nick? Underwhelming. Nonsensical. A butchering of a legacy character for zero gain other than having another push for Horde players to accept Human Potential as the 'true' path.
I thought they said it was not garrosh 2.0, but this feels exactly like garrosh 2.0, only this time I got to pretend to be on Sylvanas's side.... I am so confused. Is this the end or is there more to it? Will that also make me feel like I am stupid?
Well this was disappointing. Basically she gets taunted into having a burst of emotion that lets out her true feelings and suddenly shes not in charge anymore. Which is hella dumb, especially that look she got form her banner carrier because.. Forsaken have never given a crap about the Horde? Ever? Not even since Classic? That the Forsaken are just using the horde is ooooold news. So why even be flustered about it.
Somebody please give Sylvanas the deathly hallows so she can finally be the master of death. Seriously, what is she planning to achieve? 7 minutes long Saurfang pampering while clearing out nothing. Thanks blizz.
