Should we have made Argus its own expansion at some point in the future? That’ll be always with us. Obviously we chose not to do that and that ended up being pretty good, but certainly we were thinking about it. We’ll continue to think about it and continue to experiment.That’s something we’ve experimented with a lot over 15 years. That’s what we think is the right thing right now. The big inflection this year is going to be Classic. That’s a huge piece that’s going to be midway through the cycle, coming out at the end of August. That’s pretty exciting. Again, it’s a circuitous process. It comes together quite organically. Comment by UnowhatClassic will probably be fine on its own merits but there are people who may come into the retail game and go "Hey y'know how Classic is way better than BfA? Just checking." I mean I'm glad people are happy to have Classic OG WoW back, but it's really unnecessary to rub salt on BfA's wound.

I firmly withhold any judgment of any expansion until every patch is released. If Mike cared that much about WoW he wouldn't have dev'd an even more toxic game and leapt over it to it. And the "decision making" under "Mike" almost killed the game. Sorry, WoD was the lowest point in this game's history in terms of users, most likely, not now. Modern wow is too easy, and when it's not, it's not rewarding.

Nothing was lost.It was dropped from the 100th floor.

When Ghostcrawler and the "Old School" leads left the plan changed completely and because the plan changed completely the pillars of previous plan were left to crumble or completely removed.WoW's focus changed from a game that encourages forming a community and player interaction to a solo play with the option of doing raids/dungeons.In time , the mentality of players and quality of players changed from "let's do this together".
