No, I don't use anything like that but I think I might look into it actually. I usually only play WoW on my computer.
I only use steam very rare.
i use Origin, bought Sim City 5 from it, plus it gave me a free game because Sim City 5 was such a huge "success" upon its launch :)))
This post was from a user who has deleted their account.
I use GOG.com whenever possible, since they sell DRM-free games. I started using them back when they only had old games. I also use Steam sometimes, but I don't like that I have to sign in to Steam to even launch my games.Edit: Oh, and I started started using Origin when I bought SimCity 5...
I have steam, I rarely ever use it tho. If I do it's to download one of the games. Too busy with WoW atm tho. :)
I'm using both Steam and Origin depending on which games I chose to play at that moment. Because Steam got a larger community using it most of my friends have it and we use it to play together. I'm using Origin because of the games I got there, playing solo most often than not.
another pet to level to 25, sigh, well, it's a cool pet ntl XD
I have a Steam account but mostly just use it for the games that require it for validation/registration. I keep it in offline mode mainly, otherwise it ends up downloading all kinds of demos etc.
I only use Steam, the reason why is that it have a good reputation and i know i won't get virus that way.
I use steam and Origin. I need them both to play several (other) games. Yet, I do buy some cheap games on Steam every now and then.
No, I don't use them! :)
I use steam because it's quicker and usually cheaper than buying physical copies.
I use steam when i play Portal and Halflife.. =)
I use Steam for half life 2, civ 5 and a bunch of indie games. My partner uses Origin on her pc for the Sims 3. I keep that crap the hell away from my pc.
Steam, cause i dont i have to go out to buy games ^^
im using steam for everything exept wow at this moment.
I have been using netflix for several years now. I started watching on my old nintendo wii, but then switched to the roku. Now I have three roku boxes and couldn't be happier. My latest is the roku three, which is by far the best streaming device I've used so far. The roku three allows you to search for titles from the home screen, this scans all channels (apps) without having to enter those channels. For example, I am on the roku homescreen and search for "Big Trouble in Little China", it will then quickly display the channels that offer that movie to watch. This makes it very convenient because what might cost you on amazon could be free on netflix, saving you some money and time. I have purchased a few titles as permanent downloads but mostly I rent. I've also used these channels through a sony bluray player, but the interface is terrible. Roku's interface is the best I've played with and I recommend it to anyone. I've convinced my parents and brother this is the way to go. Hope this helps
