TG lore figures... y'know, Chromie might already qualify. Chronormu has already been stated to be female, yet uses the male suffix for her name. Chromie could a) have changed to a male name because Chromie wants to be male, or b) have already transitioned to female and simply uses her old name to avoid confusion (as there is already quite enough of that when dealing with the Bronze Dragonflight!)

1) Reading what many have written 'til now it sounds like many enjoy the game only for the possibility to have so many talents (not even builds, I mean talents)...- The truth is, if we talk about talents, that what many call "greater variety" has never really been in the game: what I mean is there have always been mandatory talents (spells that are strong part of the rotation, flat damage/healing increase, other mandatory talents that create mechanics) and less important talents which have always had a so lesser impact in our gameplay and performance. Not to pick "standard-mandatory-talents" has always resulted in non-top output: for each class there have always been top specs, top talent trees, so that most of the times to vary your talents (I mean not to use one of the standard specs / not to take usual standard talents) just means you can afford to be not at your best, and that's a different situation. The point is that, if I want to get the best out of my class, i think it's not much better if you have 70 talent points that I MUST spend in mandatory talents rather than get those talents as Bonuses for a chosen specialization etc...Is it really variety when you have good talents and bad talents, so that if you want to try an brand new spec you must take bad talents...? - A talent system like this is what, in theory, let you really choose which talents to pick and which talents to leave; the problem is that they must come up with three talents for each level (15, 30, 45...) that are REALLY equally powerful and useful (and thus i think the major problem will be that some spell could possibly be so much better than the other two, rather than the talent system itself). - I also think that putting more attention to the gameplay rather than on the talents could be good as well.2) I don't understand how many can already say this expansion is going to be crap based on so little information. Is it going to be "horrible" because of the Pandarens? I personally don't like the choice so much, but that doesn't mean the whole game is going to be bad.The design and the artwork seem to be already exellent and beautiful as always.
We, Rogues, are really getting screwed at the time.I mean, seriously, what do we REALLY have to bring to the raid? We have no raid buff whatsoever. Combat´s debuff can be brought by a frost DK, who can also dual spec tank. Crippling trough FoK? Only if you are Assassination, or else it´s a big dps loss. Other classes can AOE slow without losing any dps (frost DK, hunters with traps, mages can AOE snare). Stuns are a huge dps loss. You need to have 4-5 combo points for a decent stun, and you´ll miss an evis/envem/rupt/snd. Vanish + Cheap Shot is a little better but you still waste a los of energy and a couple global cooldowns, not to mention more than a few melee swings. Other classes can stun without breaking a sweat. Pallys can stun for 6 seconds, their stun has a lot of range and even holy pallys can do it.PVP you say? Not unless the new talent "tree" is a just a joke. Most of the tiers are only making us choose between two abilities we already have.
Ppl stop crying.... as i understood, some of the old talents 'll be skills of the spec you choose, so, at lvl 10 you'll chose a spec and then u'll be able to get the old talents at a certain level as skills..... this new system is adding more talents but I think that most of the old talents won't be removed.... blizz is only moving them or most part of them
Anyone else think some of these are extremely op?
So wait...maybe I'm misunderstanding the talent calculator but am I going to have to choose between elemental overload and elemental mastery now? :( That's a bit lame if so.
Probably not in all honesty; I don't get constant duel spam invites now.
Um...yeah you can: I collect achievements like mad on my toons except for PVP ones because A) I hate PVP and B) It's not worth it since I can rarely find good groups on server to go with. You can ignore any features of the game you really want to. As for the duel spammers; I just ignore them, get on a mount and move away from them; problem solved. Same thing will be for the addition of the pet battles: I will be doing it, but I'll be doing it when I want to, not because someone spams me for a battle.
