Orginally i thought these talents were a bit dodgy but if you have a deep in look at them very interesting and unique
I admit, at first I only looked at a couple and prematurely dismissed all the new trees. After checking out other ones, some of the classes' talent calcs showcase powerful and fun spells throughout.Rogue looks OP, for example. Shadowstep AND Killing Spree? That is ridiculous mobility. Add Crippling Poison to the mix and you might as well consider yourself glued to a Rogue 'til you kill it.Other classes, such as Shaman and Hunter, are very bland, however. These happened to be the first two I looked at. For Shamans, all I see is a bunch of 'meh' totems. Hunters' dps would be boosted (in theory) by some of the passive abilities featured in their calc, but it lacks a little of the cross-spec FUN featured in other classes' trees.

I can't help but agree. I was a huge fan of the big old talent trees back in WOTLK where my Restoration Druid had 3/4 specs all for different jobs!
I think this new talent tree looks absolutely ridiculous and wasteful. I agree with a further up post (Darvan) and wish we could go back to the WoLK talents...you get a lot more customization and ability to make your toon different from everyone elses. Blizzard what are you thinking?
If Blizz keeps the Glyph system the way it is, and if they add several glyphs for each class, there will still be opportunity to customize your character to your liking. However, if your liking is to optimize your PvE performance, optimal specs will be discovered eventually (ie, cookie cutter specs).
I play a Death Knight and have been since they came out. Since then a ton of changes have taken place within the Death Knight Talent Tree, and the result wasn't always a positive one. So, seeing such a major change to all the classes will probably unbalance all of the players and require new ways to play each class (nothing really new to Death Knights, lol). I know that they're trying to allow for a Hybrid spec, which makes the game all the more fun, but they should have much more options than what they're offering, and they definitely shouldn't make such a drastic change to the talent trees such as a new talent every 15 levels. Truthfully, when I first played WoW the one thing that kept me addicted and kept me running around and doing those quests was the talent system. Sure, you can hybrid now, but the differences between each spec are now so slim that it makes little difference. Heck, make it every 5 levels if you have to, just please try to keep it in the single digits.
