Mine is definitely Realm First! Level 85 Death Knight. Mainly because it was such a surprise. I spent that whole day trailing behind another DK until halfway into 84.Seeing that achievement and all the spam that came along with it was definitely my proudest moment in WoW.
i am most proud of Hail to the Chef Even though it isn't too hard I still love having my chef title on all the time.

Wow, so many that will be difficult to choose what I like more.Loremaster was the first that I really wished I had, and due to being in love with an incredible story of this game, I was very happy when completed.I also like the Glory of the Raider Ulduar, I really love that place, one of the most beautiful and challenging of the game.
I am most proud of the achievement "The Diplomat". The rep grinds were done before rep gain was buffed, and I am proud to say I earned the mounts pets and title.
Loremaster, definately. The first Achievement I ever really did the grind for. I felt the title matched my character and I just had to have it.I took a week away from raiding before Cataclysm, before tracking for each old world zone, with an addon that told me which quests I had completed it that zone, Wowhead on my second screen, and chased down everyone one. If it wasn't for Wowhead, I'd have gone completely insane. I love this site. And I love my Loremaster Achievement.
I really love the new Scourer of the Eternal Sands feat. I always wanted to be camel hoarder.
A Mask for All Occasions, because the RNG gods have denied me the satisfaction of having all of the holiday achievements for over 2 years now. Just have 7 more masks to go!
I'm most proud of my Loremaster achievement, getting it back pre-Cataclysm was a hassle, tracking down obscure quest chains that took you from one continent to another and back again. As someone who actually bothers to read and comprehend the quest text, all of the quests I went through really did give me a much better understanding of the lore behind World of Warcraft, as well as many smaller in-game stories that are played out in each zone. Now that the Cataclysm has come, it's especially interesting going back through each zone's quests and seeing what has changed and how those changes relate to the quests of the past.
Loremaster. that one just took a boatload of stubborn determination to get done, and that was pre-Cata. So no easy-going fly there and fly back. Good lord, the time i spent in Blackrock spire etc was just insane.
I would say getting School of Hard Knocks on my main. He's my only toon I go out of the way to get achievements on, and I'm aiming for the Long Trip meta for him. I got it within a few hours on Sunday and it was awesome!
My absolute favorite is What a Long, Strange Trip It's Been, although I am really proud of Exalted Argent Champion of the Alliance. They both took a long time, and they both are fun to say :)(Crusader Gurana on his Reins of the Violet Proto-Drake didn't mind the extra work)My brother managed Avast Ye, Admiral! :S
The one I was most excited to get, was only a few days ago. I finished the long, strange trip on my main finally. I started on it more than a year ago, but because of computer issues, internet issues, and not always having my account up during semesters with classes, it took me a while to get it. I had plenty of cash to get the 310% as soon as that was available, but I held out for this achieve and "earned" my master flying. But the one I'm most proud of, and show off as a sort of "ha, I have this and you don't" is Dreadsteed of Xoroth. It may not be unique, but I'm really glad I went through all that trouble in Dire Maul before they let you just buy it at your trainer. I know there are other warlocks out there with this, but I feel it still separates me from the newer generation of characters.
The Diplomat. Because I had to slaughter SO MANY mobs to gain this title. Delicious irony.
Crittergeddon... enough said.
I am most proud of my "A Tribute To Insanity" achievement. It took a lot of time and effort to get it and I was super happy when we finally won!
