My friend told me that there are no raid ids anymore. When I look at my raid window, it shows my ICC status - what bosses I've killed (doesn't show heroic).

He said that if we have killed the same bosses or I have done more than him, he can join my ID? that doesn't make any sense to me. So if he was in a raid group with me and he decided to go into ICC. He could jack my raid ID - not that he would do that.
