Primarily I'll always play a rogue/thief type... I just can't help it. I gotta be sneaky and stab things.
since the day i joined RPG games or mmo's i always been going for Melee combats dragon age, was always a warrior ,same as wow and rift and swtor and this game i will definitely be maps to bring an end to my opponents and who them my wrath,It's gonna get messy!
This post was from a user who has deleted their account.
Usually the warrior related class that can take a lot of punishment, (and dish it out too). The guy who, after the big bad boss has slapped the rogues and mages something silly, is still standing and shouting "Is That All You've Got ?". I'm the Juggernaut baby.
Ive gotten into the habit of playing the healer or tank role. Primarily because very few people actually want to, and because I love the fact that since there are so few tanks and healers, I get picked for every party!
Always a caster, preferably one with heals.
Well, ofc i'd like to try them on and feel the 100% of the game, any game, but my first choice is always some kind of caster. Or if there is not much of a range caster type, i play something with tons of magic powers and abilities :)
im a paladin at heart, maybe not a pure one ;)
Melee warrior type characters.
Wizard!
I can play anything, though a pure caster tends to become stale for me (The "spam the spell till your 2 key breaks" kind) and I often find myself drawn to a pure melee meat grinder. But for the few rpgs that give me the capacity, I pick a road between strength and wisdom. Blades and flames at my fingertips excites me... more than it should. Stealth is alright and archery is nifty the first few times, but when I release my mana (or magicka or whatever form that blue stuff takes) in a stunning elemental storm of fire, ice, and lightning and charge in with weapons bared, you know there is a wicked grin on my face. Whether I roast you from the inside out with a Living Bomb, beat and squeeze the very life out of you with an electric mace that steals souls, or just dump all my mana and recklessly swing with unmatched fury, I know what I want. I am a spellsword, through and through. Give me the elements, give me the weapons. Then we'll see how I plan my next attack....For the rpgs that don't let me do cool stuff like that *sadface* I usually roll a paladin.
Protection Paladin or Discipline Priest. DPS gets boring fast. I like having to save somebody's rear end :)
I usually play a rogue/thief of some kind in my Elder Scrolls games. Other games normally I do a warrior or something similar.
I play a ton of RPGs, a lot being the pen-and-paper kind. I typically play either a ranger/hunter type or a barbarian type of character. I like the whole survival feel of a ranger, and I love the RAAAAAAGE! feel of playing a barbarian. One condition, though: all of my characters are Dwarves. Period.
In any rpg I play I've always preferred the rogue-type class. Cutting enemies down from the shadows is too much fun, not to mention rogues are totally overpowered in WoW...
I generally play some kind of berserker warrior - but in Reckoning I quite like the rogue class... Was quite effective in the demo!
Warrior...BAM!
I tend to go with a stealthy rogue type character.
