Well i like Pandaren race and monks the most :)there are many other things i like :D
by far the music and AOE looting. some boss mechanics also.

The music. In the past it was only ambient sound with a few instruments in some zones. In MoP, every zone has a song that can stand by itself as an individual song. Brilliant!
Pet battles and all associated quests. Farming and all the factions involved there.
Pandaria gives us world pvp almost every day when a friend or two get ganked while doing dailies.
I love the endless supply of fresh, unique, and always changing daily quests that allow us to slowly eek toward better reputations. Great job Blizzard!
In all honesty favorite part about MOP is a tie between Cross realm zones and the new cooking specializations. I know a log of people dont like Cross realm zones but I really enjoy them, its able to let me help my younger family members who play to get them leveled faster, spend time with them and make sure no one is rude or picks on them haha! But with cooking.. It blows me away. I am big cooker In real life and just looking at all of the new meals in MOP has just made me so excited ive actualy tried making some of them >.> But yes those are my two favorite "thing" of MOP even though its a tie!
I have loved playing a Panda and really getting more into cooking. AoE looting is great too!
I like the Monk's healing play. :)
Definetely the raiding content. The scenarios and the unique mechanisms for the boss battles have really taken the experiente to whole new level.
So far my favorite things have been all of the different daily quests you can do and also all of the cool new stories in Pandaria. With patch 5.1 hitting today though, who knows what I will be into next! Really looking forward to trying the Brawler's Guild!
Definitely the new vanity pets. The battles themselves are ok, but actually collecting the pets has been fun.
Definitely love the raids of this xpac, as well as AoE looting.
My favorite thing about Mists of Pandaria is that it's a wonderful change from Cataclysm where I had nothing to do and now I have plenty to do during the day and I don't just sit in a capital city all day waiting for raids.
The part i love the most about mop has to be the story flow in the game very interactive and lots of small cut scenes to keep things interesting then the normal leveling and questing grind
