This is something I"ve never even considered - how hard to pick just one memory! I guess I'll have to go with killing the Lich King on my druid. I absolutely loved that expansion - say what you will about easy mode or dumbed down, I absolutely loved the storyline, the music, and just the general atmosphere of Northend, and that was the pinnacle of it.
The first time I was able to wall walk into Hyjal back in 2005. My gnome mage friend kept insisting that it was soooo easy to do, and couldn't figure out why it was taking me so long to catch up. We found out later that it was easy for him because of the gnome hitbox almost locked you to the wall.
My favorite WoW moment was staying up all night with my daughter so we could finally level to 60 while playing under the invite a friend promo. We leveled so crazy fast that most of the time I didn't even know what was going on, I just did what she told me to do. It was an awesome bonding time for the two of us. I miss our all-nighters as she is no longer living with me or even living in the same time zone, but we still get together and play as a team when ever we can.
this one time when myself and my 3 friends downed all of MC by ourselves... It was my first raid, first time I was healing and it was just awesome and made me really fall inlove with the game and that was 4 years ago!

My favorite memory is tanking a fair amount of mobs in kara with my lock when I turned 70. I had never been in there before and my guild lost someone and needed a fill-in. So I filled in until they could get someone better. Back then, being a lock, you were always #2 on the threat meter and if you weren't careful, you could easily pull aggro from the tank. Well, our tank died (cuz he pulled too many mobs) and that left me as the new #1. I don't remember if our main healer was a pally or priest, but we had a secondary healer that was a shammy. It ended up being that every class we had could heal in some way and did it on me! It was hilarous to see my health suddenly drop to half then suddenly go to full. For atleast 10 minutes it was like this until all the mobs were dead. Afterwards it was a long going joke that if we needed a tank, I could fill in until a regular one was found. Fond fond funny days!
My favorite moment was most likely the first time I hit level cap, in Burning Crusade, questing in Nagrand on my Boomkin. I was very much a proponent of finishing a whole zone before moving on, so I wound up doing All of Hellfire, all of Zangarmarsh, all of Terokkar, and then all of Nagrand, before dinging doing quests around Oshu'gun.I wasn't in a raiding guild then, I was just a wandering new player (I have been playing for 8 months, 4 months on my toon). I was cblissfully unaware of the awesomeness of WoW endgame, and soon began to find myself in Karazhan.
I suppose one of my favorite moments in World of Warcraft was my first time confronting Onyxia with my raid group. I was immediate impressed with the vast amounts of lore, storyline, graphic quality , and gameplay down to the last detail, but when I discovered there were things bigger and absolutely daunting for a level 60, I had been fascinated by the raids and instances for all their grand design in challenges and team-building strategy that went into them. Before addons told you everything about the game, the raids were much more spectacular and kept you on your toes, ready for whatever might come next. And, that initial encounter with that massive dragon in what I had always hoped the game had in store, was groundbreaking.and inspirational. You think that's something? Ask me about the first time I ended up in Molten Core, LoL.
When I first saw Sartharion, it's just... indescribable feelings.
I think my happiest moment was in my first week of playing and I had discovered that there were professions. I learned tailoring and made shirt and put it on auction. It sold for 50 silver! I was ecstatic! I thought, "What fool would spend so much money on a shirt?" I still have that 50 silver .....
My Favorite memory was when I found the cooking profession, I had never seen that in a game. The Idea that I could make something useful to other players and myself was awesome. Since then I have cooked my way to a title and almost the completion of all the Cooking Achievements woot. Tried saving my first Spice Bread .. did not work so well.
My favorite memory is when I started to play along with two friends, we were a mage, a paladin and a shaman, we thought the whole world was ours, remember running from mobs from all ashenvale and wiping like hell in blackfathom deeps. Then going for the loong long run in maraudon, those were epic times for me and my buddies. even when we reach outlands we were like wow! the elementals are trying to cross over, we must stop them ahh! xDD
My favourite moment in WOW was the day when i won the booty bay fishing contest; that day i was very frustrated because i was being camped by a horde player, and also an alianze player blocked some of the fishing pools with his flying mount when i was trying to figh; i kept fishing just for the fun, thinking there was no way i would win since too many time had passed...when i finished catching all the tastyfish i went quiet to BB to turn them for some gold (i know...sad xD), when i got there i was very surprised to know that no one had won yet, so i talked to Riggle...chose the rod... and ding! (sorry for my english). Greetings from Argentina.
That sounds like the most hilarious "Oh Crap" moment I've ever heard! Probably because I can just see the shammy saying, "Screw it. If we're getting killed, we're getting killed by EVERYTHING!"
My favortie moment at WoW is when I was in Sunwell Plateau, wipes for hours, and we're almost killing Brutallus when the tank slept in front of computer, we try to wake him up and he said "OH MY GOD! When we arrived at Brutallus? WHAT IS GOING ON ?"
Some of my favorite World of Warcraft experiencesWell I've played since 2005, but I was a BIG noob for most of that time. When the PTR's came up, I would always play them just because you got the free pre-made characters.I remember one of the PTR's had an exploit on it that only worked for certain pre-made characters. You could take a peice of gear and put it in your Main bag, then any other bag, then back to the main bag, granting you the stats of the piece of gear without having it equipped. You could do this forever! Somone showed a macro in chat about how to do it faster. Being the noob I was I went straight to ZG with the intention to solo it. I used the macro a lot untill I had a little over 100k HP and enough damage to kill anything in there in a few hits aside from bosses. This was extremely fun to me because I never got to do much at 60, especially raids. Speaking of raids, I only ever did 1 boss, Garr. When we downed him (which I did very little to help that) some epic boots dropped. Sabatons of the Flamewalker. I believe they were int stam and AP back then. I was a resto shaman, yet I had won the boots. My very first epic, and from MC. I was ecstatic to say the least. When the raid was over after that boss I immediately went to org to show off to all my friends.
