My favorite memory was dying in Netherstorm in such an out of the way place that I couldn't reach my body, nobody could rez me, and I had to have a GM bring me back to life. Even the GM laughed at me.
When I started WoW as a warrior, I accidentally fell off of one of Stormwind's towers and immediately thought I was dead and would have to walk all the way back. Instead, I got an achievment for falling (Going Down), which was one of favorite moments in WoW.

My favorite memory from WoW is buying my very first mount. It was my first major milestone in the game and led to many years of mount collecting (and a rather large collection!) and I'm sure what will be many more.
Illidan Stormrage...Final phase... Illidan is at 10%...Someone messes up on the small shadow ghouls and they quickly start multiplying and taking out people...I pop Last Stand and Shield Wall and healthstone and potion with Illidan at 5%... Illidan takes me out.Just before the raid wipes...One of our shaman ankhs... Earth Shocks Illidan down to 2%... Illidan 1-shots him...A loud SIGH echoes through Ventrilo.Illidan suddenly keels over - mass confusion ensues in Vent - nobody knows what's going on...Maiev Shadowsong killed Illidan and gave us our first kill :)
Scholomance, pally epic mount chain the last step. Down in Rattlegore's room. Im working on this quest with my one and only toon back in vanilla wow. So I enlist the help of a few other pally friends that had finished the chain. During the setup of the event, the explain the different judgements that had to occur on the different waves of mobs. I innocently asked "what's a judgement?". 1 hour later I learn a very valuable pally skill, judgements at level 60. I was a total noob up till then. After that I vowed that I wouldnt be caught with my Banana shoulders around my ankles ever again. I discovered wowhead and chucked Thottbot out the window. Aww how the years have passed and the consecrations dropped. Memories. Doughhardcore pally tank since vanilla (well after I learned what judgements were).
My favorite memory in Wow is my guild leader and I duoing Wrath dungeons for the Elders all night long. It was an awesome time and we two manned them all in one session with no deaths. Not really a hard thing but it was such an awesome time clearing out the achievement that we both needed and I never thought I'd get.
It's hard to say what my favorite memory is...The first time I found the Darkmoon Fair? When Metamorphosis was added to the Demonology tree?(I could be a suck-up and say:) When I found out there was an awesome database for the game full of wonder?(I wouldn't be lying.)
My favorite memory was when my guild killed Kael'thas inside Tempest Keep. We wipe about 1 month, but everyone was focused all time and we did a Perfect Try.I really have good memories from Burning Crusade. Unique classes, and nice raid challenge and rewards made me proud of playing that content.
I always remembered from Vanilla that Vael in BWL had the LONGEST 1% ever. After a couple hours of trying to kill Vael for the first time, raid leader called last try. We were extremely tired and agitated that this dragon would not fall to our feet.We got to that 1%.. Our 39th raider died and all ways left was a gnome rogue. Popping all of his CDs, we cheered him on in vent, and he ended up killing him on his own, following his death from Burning Adrenaline. It was an amazing way to end the night.
My favorite memory was finishing the warlock mount quest. I was expensive and time consuming but it was well worth it. I still have the items in my bank for old times sake!
My favorite memory of wow was in an 2v2 arena battle with me and a friend, we had defeated one of the opposing players and the other was a healer who just kept running in circles LOSing me and healing himself, the battle took about 15-20 minutes but it was fun
My favorite moment in WoW is when I walked into Karazhan for the first time. The feel and music to it makes it a really good atmosphere. After all, it was my first raid that I ever completed and will always be remembered as my favorite.
