My favourite holiday? Lunar Festival. Why? Because TP: Moonglade now has a function! All those city portals. :333
My favourite holiday would have to be Children's WeekI love taking around the orphans to see the sites it puts a smile on my face to be helping them out. I'm also a huge pet collector and there's lots of pets to get that holiday!
Hallows end has always been my favorite holiday! WoW gives it a great atmosphere, but mainly because I enjoyed doing it during Burning Crusade and Wrath. Me and my buddy's would 3 man it on our 5 or so alt's each at a chance for the mount to drop. We would end up doing it about 15 times a day. And remember getting the quest for the candle to summon him twice on the first night?
I love Children's Week, especially Dornaa's little storyline. It's great to see the future of the Alliance told through the eyes of a child.

For me, it's a tie between three of the WoW holidays:I love the Midsummer Festival because it was the first WoW holiday I did all the achievements for, and I spent three evenings in a row with an in-game friend flying to all the fires. Needless to say, I got killed quite a lot by the Alliance bonfires. :p I was so excited when I got the title, I thought it looked very cool, and I managed to buy the dancing flames which was extremely amusing, hehe. After this holiday I got hooked on doing all the holidays with all my characters. :)Then there is Hallow's End, which was the second holiday that I really got in the spirit of - this was back when you still had to go to Scarlet Monestary to kill the Headless Horseman. I went every day with friends from an old guild, and we still talk about that every Hallow's End. The title for doing all the achievements is also one of my absolute favorites in the game! And lastly, Winter Veil! I love this holiday mainly because I love Christmas so much in real life, I think it's wonderful to feel all Christmas-y in-game as well, hehe. The present opening in Orgrimmar is just as fun every year! Here in Norway we open our presents on Christmas Eve, so it's double the fun to get to open presents the next day as well. :D I also love the quest chain to rescue Metzen and the buff that turns your mount into a reindeer. A permanent reindeer mount would be ultra cool, but like with the Hallow's End brooms it would ruin the magic of the holiday a little. :)
My favorite WoW holiday is definitely Midsummer Fire Festival. What other holiday brought you a glitch where "The Ice Stone has melted!" every other minute of the day.
Winter veil. its a holiday everyone can gather around, nice presents and nice decorations in the towns
I really really want a tcg pet or mount.....I never have any luck getting any of these when buying any packs :( Thank you so much Wowhead for this awesome opportunity for win a TCG item :)
My favorite Holiday is Children's Week :) always new pets to get and who have to take care of those little orphans.
easy Pilgrim's Bounty ! I got a pet Turkey out of it that commits suicide when he see a camp fire . He goes on all of my adventures in Azeroth and he even has a nickname "Mr Turkey" lmao .
New Hallow's End is a bit too stinky for this gnome, but slaying the one called the Headless Horseman is not only a victory for the light and all who bask in it, but also a chance to dig through his pockets for shiny things... if you go for that sort of thing. I know there are a few fellas in Azeroth with horses in their pants, but he's the orangest.Brewfest has mythical creatures, gnomes in brew goggles, sausage, and dwarven invasions. What's not to love! Oh, and of course, it's the only time drunk ram riding is acceptable for non-dwarves, so that's a plus.So it's a tie for me between Hallow's End and Brewfest. I do collect companion pets, so I admit I might be biased. >_<I can't decide. BRAIN ANEURISM!(While not *exactly* a holiday, new Darkmoon Faire sounds like it might be my new favourite. Lots of fun activities to do while you're hanging out waiting for your brother to log on even though he said he'd be online an hour ago and he always does this, I mean really, wtf man.)
