Winter Veil, and not just because Christmas is my favorite holiday. WV was the first holiday I experienced together in WoW.
Childrens week is my favourate because you get some nice companions and also it was the one i finished on to get my violet Proto drake earlier this year :)
I love Hallow's End because the darkness moods inspires me. Also I always try to get the Headless Horseman mount (without sucess thou) which I think its one of the most cool looking mounts in-game.
Chilldrens week. Because you can gather the most pets during that holliday :D
Brewfest is the best! I like this event because I get teleported to good ol' Grim Guzzler and have a chance to listen to mad rock'n'roll track performed by 70ETC. This event brings nostalgic fits, I start remembering about Burning Crusade times (my fave times in WoW). Then, I go to the bar and drink with that dwarf near the oven. We drink together till my eyes see nothing except that suspicious ale mug on the ground. I usually drink one instantly, turning myself into the red geared dwarf and take another with me so i can turn into this dwarf any time later. Oh and of course those mad ram racing near Orgrimmar I'll never forget.
My favorite is Hallow's End AKA Halloween. I love the Headless horseman fight. I think it would better if the battle was in front of a dead tree or just across a bridge. Seeing as HH couldn't cross a bridge in the movies and stories. I do like all the costumes and trick or treating.
Hallow's End... it's my favorite holiday in game because it include my real life birthday every year and I get to trick or treat in game with my son before I take him out to collect candy from our neighbors!
Brewfest! It's a happy, cheerful and fun event with a nice degree of challenge!
Brewfest. I love the Dwarven culture, the bar fight, the pets and mounts, and the item drops are actually quite useful.
I love winter viel because I think it's got the most community involvement. I love seeing everyone dressed up and festive and it really has a feeling of actually being celebrated by the players. A close runner is Brewfest though, it's fun haha.
I am relatively new to wow and the only world events I took part in were Brewfest and Hallow's End. But I must say I like Brewfest more just because of the atmosphere and the achievements you can do :)
As a Dwarf I have to say Brewefest. In the next expansion I will most probably create a Dwarf Brewmaster Monk who'se gonna be drunk all day! ...hic!
For me the best Holiday is Hallow's End, I just love the event, the quests, the rewards and the fun of it
It's a close match between Hallow's End and Winter Veil, but the scales slightly tip in Winter Veil's favor as I really enjoy the gift swap my guild does during that time. Here is a little song inspired by that event, though you might need to free up some bag space for all of this. :)12 Days of Winter VeilOn the 1st day of Winter Veil my GM gave to me... a parrot in a hollowed out tree.On the 2nd day of Winter Veil my GM gave to me... 2 turtle gloves and a parrot in a hollowed out tree.On the 3rd day of Winter Veil my GM gave to me... 3 murloc fins, 2 turtle gloves and a parrot in a hollowed out tree.On the 4th day of Winter Veil my GM gave to me... 4 Tauren herds, 3 murloc fins, 2 turtle gloves and a parrot in a hollowed out tree.On the 5th day of Winter Veil my GM gave to me... 5 goooolden pigs! 4 Tauren herds, 3 murloc fins, 2 turtle gloves and a parrot in a hollowed out tree.On the 6th day of Winter Veil my GM gave to me... 6 rings of slaying, 5 goooolden pigs! 4 Tauren herds, 3 murloc fins, 2 turtle gloves and a parrot in a hollowed out tree.On the 7th day of Winter Veil my GM gave to me... 7 pots for swimming, 6 rings of slaying, 5 goooolden pigs! 4 Tauren herds, 3 murloc fins, 2 turtle gloves and a parrot in a hollowed out tree.On the 8th day of Winter Veil my GM gave to me... 8 helboars hulking, 7 pots for swimming, 6 rings of slaying, 5 goooolden pigs! 4 Tauren herds, 3 murloc fins, 2 turtle gloves and a parrot in a hollowed out tree.On the 9th day of Winter Veil my GM gave to me... 9 weapons dancing, 8 helboars hulking, 7 pots for swimming, 6 rings of slaying, 5 goooolden pigs! 4 Tauren herds, 3 murloc fins, 2 turtle gloves and a parrot in a hollowed out tree.On the 10th day of Winter Veil my GM gave to me... 10 rogues-a-creeping, 9 weapons dancing, 8 helboars hulking, 7 pots for swimming, 6 rings of slaying, 5 goooolden pigs! 4 Tauren herds, 3 murloc fins, 2 turtle gloves and a parrot in a hollowed out tree.On the 11th day of Winter Veil my GM gave to me... 11 raiders wiping, 10 rogues-a-creeping, 9 weapons dancing, 8 helboars hulking, 7 pots for swimming, 6 rings of slaying, 5 goooolden pigs! 4 Tauren herds, 3 murloc fins, 2 turtle gloves and a parrot in a hollowed out tree.On the 12th day of Winter Veil my GM gave to me... 12 crimson whelplings, 11 raiders wiping, 10 rogues-a-creeping, 9 weapons dancing, 8 helboars hulking, 7 pots for swimming, 6 rings of slaying, 5 goooolden pigs! 4 Tauren herds, 3 murloc fins, 2 turtle gloves and a parrot in a hollowed out tree!
