Winter Veil! Look at the winter, the winter is amazing!

children's week for me is fun. being big brother to some kids and showing them the sights.
Pirates' Day. Everyone knows about holidays like Halloween and Thanksgiving, but obscure, quirky events like Talk Like a Pirate Day appeal to my inner geek.It also happens to be one of the first and easiest WoW holidays that I got to participate in.
Gotta love the old Love is in the Air holiday. Always entertaining to see two orc lovers chillin with a romantic picnic basket.
Hallow's End! Fun wands to use on friends, various candies to give interesting buffs, and a groovy broom ride to stink up the opposing faction's city!
my favorite is definitely winter veil!xmas is my favorite holiday of the year and i love seeing all the xmas themed items around azeroth as well as the ncps and vanity items!its all about the gift of giving and alot of ppl seem to be in a giving mood! :)
Personally? The day of the dead.I just feel special knowing that entire holiday is dedicated to my main, Death Knight......What, that's what it is, right?
Brewfest, hands down. But I'm a lover of brews in all their many forms, particularly beers. Beers. Beers beers beers. Cheap beers. *!@#ty beers. Lambics. Hefes. PARTICULARLY hefes. Witbier. Stouts. Porters. IPAs. And it is crystal clear to me that at least some of the developers share my love for such beverages! Why it's practically a bonding experience! In fact, when I get home I'm going to go re-celebrate Brewfest. PFF!
Well, I've only been playing since February of this year so I haven't been through all of the world events, but I think I liked the Noble Garden/Easter world event the most. Having to find Easter eggs was a lot of fun and finding all the female players to put bunny ears on was fun as well. This was also the very first world event I had the pleasure of participating in and the very first title I received when I completed it. So it holds a special place there as well. But all the world events are fun to do. With the close of Hallow's End, I look forward to the next one.
I'd have to say Hallow's End since it was the first world event my main encountered years ago and first title, requires you to travel the world (if you're going for the achievement), transforming friends into foes and everything else, or simply jamming a pumpkin on their head. Festivities abound with enemies around, but you'll make them pay and save the day -- after you help Jesper, of course.THE best mount in the game, certainly in no way lame: the horse, of course! That one boss is easy to beat, ... that is, if you can stand the heat.A simple task was originally made to last. But do I have to ask to not nerf the hardest of tasks! I guess everything good is relegated to the past -- they took that away, and added a day.So we'll see, next fall, if we again heed the call. But wait, there's more! No, not eggs, but to add to the horror, a pet with no legs. You'll have to choose, but don't worry, you can't lose. You will battle the fires, earn lots of loots, zoom on your broom or lag on the hag's. Just never forget the good ol' treat bags.
Brewfest... simply because there aren't enough people on my server to complete the achievement Down with the Dark Iron, delaying What a Long, Strange Trip It's Been another year.... :(
I've always liked Brewfest most of all. It just seems to be less about running around and doing random quest lines and more about screwing around with buddies. Which is what I think the events should be about.
Feast of Winter Veil. The surprise of what you're going to get this year from Great-father Winter and the seasonal quests make it a good time.
I love the midsummer fire festival for so many reasons, first time I remember doing a holiday boss being Ahune, lots of travelling around and collecting flames and risking yourself in the other cities and of course a nice firey crown at the end of it. Plus a lovely draenei in fire dancing ^^
My favorite is by far Hallow's End. I love all of the artwork that comes out during the event, everything from the bats flying above Elwynn to the pumpkins on the statues in CoT: Stratholme. They definately have put a lot of work into it and it was interesting to see that they put the Gilneans into this years event by having the Wickerman. All in all it is the most interesting for me. ;)
