When my husband got me hooked playing World of Warcraft I was amazed how much fun it was and when the achievements came along I had even more fun. It's a tie between 2 holidays: Winter Veil (Christmas is my Favorite holiday) & Hallow's End (reminds me that my season FALL).I LOVE that both have GREAT quests to do & fun challenges. Thank you Blizzard for ALL achievements, but those are MY Favorites.
Would have to go with Hallow's End! Love the companion pets, especially the Feline Familiar and it's little broom, all the different candy effects, the pumpkins dotted about the cities and of course the fun items you can get from the Headless Horseman himself, such as the mount, the blade that summons pumpkins and the laughing helm!I also really like the yells that come from the Headless Horseman as he flies about smaller towns: "Prepare yourselves, the bells have tolled! Shelter your weak, your young and your old! Each of you shall pay the final sum. Cry for mercy, the reckoning has come!"Brilliant! :D
Pirate's Day of course beacuse the Pirate's life is the life for me mate :).But since i live far away from the sea i've never felt like a pirate and there is no pirate day in my country :(.The only thing i have done to be a true pirate was drinking a bottle of rum yo ho ho ho ,and that's why i love this day.I can feel like a real pirate. Thank you uncle Blizz.
Hallow's EndHollows End is in my opinion the best holiday because of the amazing mount that you can receive!
Pilgrims Bounty! Great Time of year and you get a pet unlock with the achievement!
Brewfest is Bestfest!
Love is in the Air is my all time favourite WoW world event as me and my fiance met during this event in-game :) I was in Dalaran near the fountain sat down at my Picnic casually waiting for someone to join me in a nice Buttermilk Delight to obtain the related achievement *Lonely?* When along comes a friendly looking gnome mage (my now Fiance) and asks me politely if he may join me. We both got the achievement and continued to complete the world event together. We became really good friends and eventually one thing led to another and here we are today planning our RL together :D So to celerbrate our WoW anniversary every year we take a romantic boat ride around Darnassus and he treats me to a few candies <3
Hallow's End. Both in-game and its real life counterpart. I love the dark, eerie theme; the sense of foreboding and mischief; the emphasis on the supernatural and mythology; the use of masks and costumes; the colour palette for both the event and the season it occurs in. Oh, and the candy. The in-game event also bears the distinction of being one of the few holiday events with a seasonal boss and a great deal of fun stuff to do besides said boss - especially since this year's revamp. Not to mention the best drops of any holiday with the mounts, pets, helms and sword. No other holiday gets me quite as excited when it approaches or leaves me as sad when it ends.I even had my Army of the Dead macro on my Death Knight main play the sound file for "Soldiers arise, stand and fight! Bring victory at last to this fallen knight!" Seems appropriate.
My favorite World of Warcraft holiday is Hallows end! There are so many things to do, and the rewards for many of the activities are fun and exciting.

This is tough..but I'm gonna say my favorite WoW holiday is Hallows End because there is SO much to do and so much you get out of it. You can get two pets, a broom, even thought it only lasts a week, lots of masks, etc... I think I look forward to this one more than the others xDWinter Veil is pretty close too. My favorite thing is being able to use the machine that turns you into a gnome xD Now THAT is cool hehehe
<- MerrymakerAnd without saying much, you already know what my fav season of the year is, The Feast of Winter Veil! Why?Well that's simple ;- Tis' the season where everyone wins! Well except the scrooge..- Break out a cozy and sit around with your friends while nomnomnom'ing on some EggNOM- Its the one season where we have to put all our !- It's the season where we put aside our differences (Well... Besides those that are trying to get )- Its the only season where you can dance with another snowman! - It's the one season where you can look outside your window, and feel glad that your inside playing WoW instead of shoveling snow outside (Unless you live in L.A..... you lucky pieces of...... EGGNOM's, you)- Overall, it gives you the "Cozy, Friendly, Sitting beside a fireplace with some hot chocolate" feeling that you can only get once a year!
My favorite Holiday? HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA, Hallows End! I love the sinister feeling of Azeroth and everywhere else being decorated in pumpkins and ghosts, while listening to the cry of the Horseman outside cities! I like when people are wearing masks and customs from wands, especially in raids and dungeons, it gives off that DARK, FUN feeling of hallows end. The dailies with your community and the excitement of new items in trick-or-treating and the goody bag from the slaying the horseman! (:< I've always liked doing the achievements as well, traveling the map killing alliance while collecting goodies! Last but equally as important, the Horseman's Mount and Magic Broom! Auto cask sexy temporary mount or a flying horse to show off giving off even more of a Halloween feeling! (:
Hallow's End- All the cool scenery, and quests! The traveling to get candy simulates trick or treating quite well!
My favorite holiday is Pilgrim's Bounty. The main reason I like it is for the turkinator achievment! I loved running around finding the turkies. I told my girlfriend about the achievement and she made up a song for it! "I'm a turkinator, a super turkinator! We'll all be ok as long as you pass the sweet potatoes! oh yeah!" lol
