Hollow's End - Headless Horsemen, the decorations, pretty much the whole atmosphere.
Aye son,Sit yerself down and have a listen to why Brewfest is the Best Fest in all o' Azeroth. Ya ya, I'm sure ya heard all great things 'bout Father Winter givin' out presents, and e'ryone gittin gussied up for Hallow's End. But where else do ya find GIANT BARRELS O' BEER just lyin' 'round ready to be tapped. They say Winter's Veil is the season of givin, BAH! More like the season of young whippersnaps cryin' 'bout why they didn't get their Air Rifles. More like it's Brewfest that fill that role: All the brewers of Azeroth gather 'round and GIVE YOU BEER! OUTTA GIANT BARRELS! What's that? Pilgrim's Bounty is all about gettin' together wit yer clan and sharing a good home-cooked meal? Well o' course it is... right in between the arguin' and the yellin' 'bout who gets that last piece o' pie. But Brewfest! It's all about gettin' together wit yer clan and other clans (and some ogres) and drinking and givin' out LOTS OF BEER! OUT OF GIANT BARRELS! The only yellin' that happens is from those who love that beer so much, they run around Ironforge on Rams shouting it's greatness! And the only arguin' is over which beer is the best beer. (Though I don't see why they do it, since Darkbrew Lager clearly outdoes all of them other beers)
My favorite Holiday is Winter's Veil. There's nothing better than all of your guild mates - who are really like your second family - gathering around a Christmas tree and everyone opening those presents...just something about the sight of that makes my heart melt. Ontop of that, reindeers EVERYWHERE? Come on, how can you not love it?
Midsummer Festival: A Haiku Fire Spirit mischief We challenge enemy fire Revere with a dance Flame Wardens gather Must protect against Ahune Ice Stone has Melted!

Midsummer Fire Festival! My birthday is during it, and I still remember the old buggy Ahune instance, where the server was constantly filled with 'The Ice Stone has melted!'Not to mention that Ahune is one of the best looking bosses I've seen. And his scythe, I cried a little with joy when my mage got the staff, because it's one of the most amazing looking holiday weapons there is.
What is your favorite holiday in World of Warcraft and why?For me it's definitely Brewfest. Nothing like celebrating my rich, German heritage both in game and in the real world. There's quite the thrill when raiding & PVPing drunk, and my favorite mount (the Swift Brewfest Ram) is only obtainable this time of year.
My favourite WoW holiday would have to be Hallow's End. Halloween is one of my favourite holidays in real life and I love that we can celebrate this in game by heading to Scarlet Monstary to decapitate the Headless Horseman while playing pranks on your fellow party members! Nothings more fun than turning your tank and healer into either Leper Gnomes, Ninjas, pirates and skeletons while running around with a pumpkin on your head casting spells! :D
Brewfest. I just love the atmosphere, the hokey music (I can't feel my legs!), and having a reason to play drunk. =D
Winters Veil...opening presents is always fun, even if it's just in game!
I could go into detail elaborating on my reasons behind favoring Love is in the Air holiday, but I will keep it simple, and quote myself commenting the, hands down, best mount in the game, X-45 Heartbreaker
My favorite holiday is Winter Veil, because Christmas was always a special time of year for me as a kid and I still enjoy it.While it is far more hectic as an adult now the holiday is still quite enjoyable for me.The WoW version is also fairly cool also how they only allow you to open presents after the 25th of December.
I'm torn between Hallow's End and Midsummer Fire Festival.Great mount from Hallow's End, but who doesn't love harassing the Alliance putting their fires out, and honoring the Horde fires :-D
The revamp of Noblegarden - it's just so fun to sprint around the villages, collecting eggs as a rabbit :D
It would be a toss up between Hallow's End and Feast of Winter Veil. Both holidays are so much fun, and have fairly involved and epic quest chains associated with them. The loot is fantastic, the goofy little vanity items are always a joy, and the way it brings the players together, even in the smallest way, is just superb.Eating so many Tricky Treats that you throw up everywhere? Awesome.Fighting crowds for Small Eggs to make the Gingerbread Cookies? Classic.Slaying the Headless Horseman and having that glimmer of hope for The Horseman's Reins right before you open your pumpkin? Sign me up.Coming to the rescue of poor Metzen the Reindeer? Every single year. You ask me to choose my favorite? I choose both. Now, as the Horseman would say:"It is over, your search is done! Let fate choose now, the winning one!"Well... it was something like that...
I'd have to say my favorite wow holiday would be Hallows End. I've always been a huge major fan of halloween being able to dress up like princess leia or even as my feral druid when I was pregnant with my first child who is 9 months now. Being so busy with her I havent been able to play wow as much so I let my acct expire for 2 months but I couldnt resist the chance to finally possibly maybe get the headless horseman mount so I reactivated my account just for it. I'm a sucker for all things halloween. It just gives you a cool feeling, halloween. The chance to be whoever you want for that time and be as weird as you want and no one thinks your a loon. I also love all the decorations they put in the game, the trick or treating and even putting on a silly worgen mask on my draenei. I've yet to get the HH mount so far but i am determined to with the few days that are left. Fighting him is always fun and its cool that they make you go into scarlet monstary to kill him since you never do go there unless your lvling a new toon. But this hallows end was especially epic this year because of the new items they added that you can get and different way to earn treats to get them. I've had my violet drake for awhile now and yet I still participate in all the actives. Makes me look forward to what they add next year.
