I like any holiday without frantic attempts to get a mount (though I do love mounts!), but Winter's Veil is the favourite. Presents are always good, and I am all for anything that involved pelting Garrosh, even with only a BB-gun.
I like most of them, but...Winter Veil is my favorite. I started playing WoW during Winter Veil several years ago during Christmas holiday break, and I've been playing ever since!

Winter veil. Because it took years for me to get my santa hat. and for the free snowballs.
Noble-garden, who doesn't love chocolate!
Hallow's End like I just love all the silly ghost stuff and it got fun cheesements as well!
My favorite holiday is Brewfest. Now, I'm not actually a big beer-drinker, so it has nothing to do with that. It was the first holiday after I started playing where I had any characters at a high enough level to get much out of it. I bounced around for hours on my little gnome rogue, ram-racing and drinking myself into oblivion to fight off the Dark Iron dwarves. The oompah music, lederhosen, and drunken dwarves were just so entertaining, and of course I had to get my character her own set of lederhosen and a hat. Since then, I've looked forward to it every year, to enjoy just hanging out listening to oompah music and the drunken revelry. Not only that, but the beer goggles (as a female gnome) are the best item ever in the game! I have a vast collection of screenshots and video taken while wearing those things.
The Midsummer festival is my favorite holiday because of firework shows!
My favorite holiday is Brewfest and here is why: On the Twelfth day of Brewfest, Chris Metzen Gave To Me:Twelve Brews for Drinkin'Eleven Hops a HoppingTen Rams-a-RacingNine Raiders QuestingEight Dwarves-a-Ironin'Seven Wol-per-ting-ersSix Rosy ElekksFive SEEEEEXY GNOOOOOMMES.Four geared up altsThree free pets! Two Rad Mounts,And a Trinket that cost no VP!
My favorite holiday is the Lunar Festival because the decorations are awesome, as are all the fireworks and festivities! I think it's really important to honor your ancestors and I love killing Omen (I wish they put in more outdoor raid bosses). Really hope they revamp it next year like they've been doing for the other holidays! ☺
My favorite holiday is Brewfest by far; with Hallow's End and Winter Veil being tied for second.I've always been a fan of the German Oktoberfest so once I learned that there was a dwarven version in Azeroth, I instantly fell in love. Another factor which hooked me in was the addition of the mount drops to Coren Direbrew in 2008. Being a passionate mount collector, I absolutely had to have both for my collection. I wasn't the only one whom felt like this however; my best friend felt the same way so we decided to team up for the event until we both had our mounts. We spent over ten hours per day for two weeks inside Blackrock Depths. I'd whisper every single person level 65-69 promising them whatever non-mount loot that dropped and my friend would summon them into the instance. About half-way into the event and over ~400 summons later, my friend finally obtained both of his mounts. I was happy for him but I still needed my kodo, and I was worried he would bail now that he had both of his mounts. However, he proved as to why he was my closest friend and stuck it out until the end.Brewfest is nearing its end and I become extremely nervous as to whether or not I'll get my kodo that year. We decide to go overtime and go from ten to fourteen hours a day of farming. The final day is upon us and at this point, I knew that I was probably not going to get my kodo. However, over ~900 total summons and two hours before we were going to end, the kodo dropped and I managed to win the roll! My friend was so psyched that our hard work finally payed off for both of us.So, every year that Brewfest rolls around, I remember the ridiculous amount of work I put into getting both mounts. I also remember the adrenaline rush I got when I finally had both in my collection and the overwhelming feeling that gave. Both of these memories drive my love for Brewfest and they give me a reason to look forward to it every year.
My favorite has to be Lunar festival because my love the wow universe is firmly rooted in it's lore...it's what got me hooked in the first place!
Has to be Noblegarden because I just loved having the spring bunny following me around and doing what bunnies will do ^.^
My favorite holiday is Winter vial because it just adds joy to the hord and not only do you get presents during the holidays but you also get wow gifts with makes me just as excited for them as real gifts and it also takes me to the old wow of when i first started my first toon Bigthor a org warrior on the server area peak :D that is my favorite Holiday and and why! WOWHEAD FTW YOU ARE A LIFE SAVER!
