Mine is so Pirate's day! ARRRRGHH! Pirates are awesome. It makes me want to eat oranges so I don't get scurvy.
Definitely Winter Veil. Where are the hats going to be this year? Who knows! Presents! Rescue reindeer! Sexy gnomes!
My favorite holiday is brewfest, but not because of the beer, or the funny items and mounts. I love brewfest because it tells me how long I've been playing WoW. I joined WoW shortly before the first brewfest started. (I believe it was in 2007, I forget. I know there was a yellow stein though!) I got my yellow stein (which I foolishly later deleted to increase bank space) and celebrated the holiday, not sure what was going on, and thinking that all ground mounts used the reigns based speed system. It's still nice to look back on that time, and to this day, I measure how long I've played WoW based on the number of different stein colors. (Let's see...yellow, blue, green, green, purple. Makes five years!)
Winter Veil. It means that it's Christmas time and I get to hang out with my family in real life.Ordinarily 16 people in my family play together fairly regularly (9 of the 11 kids in my family and 5 spouses).
My favourite holiday is hallows end, as it is one of the only holidays i have experienced so far, and i enjoy the magic brooms and all the cool costumes, and of course, candy!
Hallow's End as the Headless Horseman is my favourite seasonal boss.
Mine would probably have to be the Brewfest, It was my first ever world event I did, I've been playing the game for 5 and a half years and yet the rams are quite a challenge, I remember getting so annoyed with that I almost threw my mouse across the room, My first event pet was the Wolpertinger ( I hope that's spelled right) The Dark Iron invasion is VERY fun and is quite challenging, but can be fairly easy if there is a lot of people doing it, My first item brought from an event was Belbi's goggles " Guaranteed by Belbi Quikswitch to make EVERYONE look attractive" I remember how excited I was when I finaly got them after a few days of farming the tokens needed to buy them... I was kind of disappointed with the results... The thought of guys in kinky leathers doesn't appeal to me... Sorry Belbi, Though it does show what she's into ;) ... My second item brought from Belbi was the keg, I still have it and I love it, it's extremely useful if you're on a roleplaying realm and you're having a party :) Lasts 5 mins but I'm sure everyone will have had enough by then to last them a while, The event boss is rather fun, though as a healer my job isn't really needed much as by the time the tank is damaged once they've gotten through my Earth Shield, the event boss is dead, however the loot you can get is awesome, I haven't got the kodo mount yet :( hopefully next time, though I recently got the Headless Horsemans mount from the recent Hallows End, so I'm happy for the moment, I'll just go hunting on my healer till I get the beloved kodo, Thank you for reading :)
Children's Week is one of the holidays I always try to participate in. It shows the impact of war on not just cities and towns, but on children as well. I love the aspect of making a child's dream come true, even if it is just getting them an ice cream cone, or taking them to see a lighthouse. Besides, those little orphans are cute, and have some of the best jokes in game!
My favorite holiday is Hallow's End, actually. I was so excited when I got online and saw the decorations. Trick or treating, killing the horseman, masks, candy, lewts... you name it, Hallow's End has it!
Brewfest is by far my favorite holiday. I am an avid home-brewer and this holiday, with the other brewing festivities of the time, really just make that time of year a special occasional all around.
My favorite has to be Hallow's End. When else in the WoW year are you able to ride on magical broomsticks, zap people into a plethora of things with crazy cool wands, and battle a Horseman who apparently supports the fashion craze of replacing your head with a green, deathly, big 'ol Jack-o'-lantern topped with a helm? Never, I tell you.
I would choose Midsummer as my fave. I just love traveling around to every zone in the entire world.
Hallow's End! I love trick-or-treating, and also candy is amazing. Horseman mount is purty great too. :D
My favorite holiday has to be children's week because I'm a pet collector and there are so many pets to be had, after 3 years of doing it there is still a pet i don't have yet even though i have eight already.
