As a m+ player who have close to 2800 score with only 2 set it feels that it comes out super late, still happy that it comes but its late I would say
Yes, and it makes no sense to make it so late when they said they got it wrong in SL and then made the same mistake. It should have been this week it was available along with uncapped valor, at latest.
Was it too late? $%^& isn't even out yet, so hell yes it is too late.
Of course it is too late, but they'll never admit it. They did so many things right with this expansion but still had to hang on to their precious tier time gate. The result is that I got KSM before ever seeing a tier piece and I am regularly the only person in pugs without any set bonus. I've already been kicked from higher keys because of it and I'm sure it will happen more in the coming weeks until I can finally use the stupid catalyst to catch up to the lucky people who keep getting tier in their vaults every week. It feels bad and there is no value in waiting this long with it.
Kinda late regarding the catalyst.I'm not very convinced about the increased cap for mythic plus to 20, keystone 15 was enough.People who push are already way over 20 so idkThe rest of dragonflight as a personal opinion is very good so far.I'm enjoying it.
Mythic+ difficulty to ilvl gear rewards are thrown off to allow scaling up to +20. I would rather not have the scaling go to +20 if the rewards are going to be this insulting and difficult at the same time.
Given Blizz also control how many conversions they get, they could have opened it much earlier with 1 per month or 1 per 2 weeks, so yes its open way too late for bad luck protection.
Yes, next.
Like many others have already pointed out I belive it's been 2 weeks too long. Hopefully if enough people say it, Blizzard may take notice and use this feedback at a future time.
"Dratnos and Tettles are very positive about the change in rewards up to M+20." - This is the worst change that has happened to Mythic Dungeons. Further exacerbating the toxicity problem, visibility of class balance problems (for higher keys people expect META; if you don't have your team and you're not META then you have a huge key push problem). The maximum reward in GV should stay at the previous requirement threshold (M+15) - for people who scream "not everyone should get the maximum loot if it's not their level". - remember that it is only 1 item per week. Assuming you are exceptionally lucky and will put a new item in each slot every week - that's further 15 weeks to collect all the gear. Usually it's about 3/4 patch and any moment the race will start again. The ilvl at the end of the dungeon should be changed - so that at the end of M+20 the Mythic level 1 items fly (415ilvl); M+21-23 (418ilvl); M+24-25 (421ilvl); M+26+++++ (424ilvl).Then talented people with their teams, devoting significantly of their time to progress will be able for their skills and commitment to get the maximum gear much faster, while not excluding people with less experience/no teams - they will just get it much slower.
Joke company, rwf pvp warlords and world first key pusher have 4 set week 1 regardless what happens even for players in mythic raiding guilds its more likely to have 4 set then not by now, why is this joke company so bend on bullying casuals that dont raid in an guild or just are solo gamers (imo the raid isnt even that good literal 1 boss tier on mythic wauwie)Literaly if the dragonflight was released with the catalyst but it was awarded charges way slower who would complain? similar for valor in 9.0.5 which was locked by an even more irrelevant .5 patch, couldve been launched at the start and nobody would complain, lets not even go over the morals behind capping valor, season 4 was an great example even if you theoraticaly could farm out 20/25% avoidance from spamming +2's and upgrading that item x12 there where very few people actually doing that and even if you had 25% avoidance doing 30 keys is mostly about skill and only minorly does luck influence those keys, fast forward to season 1 and who really out here doing anything below 20 keystones, well designed system where 2-19 are utterly irrelevant
Levelling: + I've levelled 2 so far, and my alt army is slowly levelling professions and levels, a couple of significant world quests as I feel like playing them.M+/Raiding: pass. I've retired from active raiding (my aging brain & getting tired easily I can't keep up with the youngsters anymore) & I don't find the rush, rush, rush design of M+ "fun"). Due to holidays & bug picked up during them I've only done the Guild Social Saturday raid once (on normal). First impressions: too many overdone mechanics (wind sweeps you back 30 yards on a platform with a 50 yard radius? seriously?).Professions: neutral. Good idea but badly implemented. 5% of Top crafters its a massive win, but those who were able to take advantage of the early rep-grind and other bugs (e.g. profession swapping for infinite knowledge points) that were later hot fixed, or were able to play all of Christmas week, and sit in Valdrakken on a 2nd account to reserve orders as soon as they appear, have locked other players out. There's not enough public orders and you can ONLY level from about 69-100 via Sparks (hence building alt-army for orders). They should have reduced the number of public orders per day from 20 to 4-5 much earlier. Some professions such as Eng. & Alchemy don't benefit as much from the CO system (people either don't know that the Eng. Spark bracers/Alchemy trinket don't require Eng./Alchemy to wear or they're a low-value item that won't be in demand until Sparks more freely available. Materials cost is way too high for pots and phials (1 awakened v 1-3 rousing) & other commodity items and there's no chance of a skill up, beyond first-craft Knowledge Point, to keep prices low. Inspiration Catalyst: - Way too late. Our Balance druid even joined our social raid, but, because he was rolling against the 4 hunters in the group, he got nada.
They are always too late with these....everyon wants to gear up during the first month to progress as far as they can. They are giving us more options when its mostly not needed to anyone unless you just joined the game.
Yes. Everyone knows its coming out too late but the devs themselfs. Dont get out of touch again T.T
"With all difficulties releasing at once." - I don't think all LFR-wings are even open yet...Forcing group-loot on everyone instead of leaving it as a choice for players over default personal loot (especially in pugs!) is peak stupidity however. Catalyst, they'll get it wrong atleast a few more times before listening to feedback/getting it right...
yes 6 %^&*ing weeks too late
