As a fire mage its a very small dps gain if you Disciplinary Command on cooldown rather than using it for every combustion, so meh.

Interesting. I would rather that mages would have to manually cast the spells to trigger the legendary (i.e. the free RoP from popping combust wouldn't count), but any nerf to fire is a buff to Arcane. :)

should have just nerfed fire mages by removing this legendary, its design is %^&*ing terrible it's both overpowered and unfun to use, it's awful in all ways and whoever designed it and decided it should be the meta item should be embarrassed.Also anyone who came here and thinks this is a real nerf to fire and thinks that this will take anymore brain power than it already does is outing themselves as not playing fire mage at a competitive level, at least not mythic+. This change is actually meaningless and if anything is actually a buff since it makes the window of accidentally triggering the active effect bigger so you will have less accidental triggers and bad timings when you use your frost abilities for actual utility.
There are always a ton of 700 rio 211 ilevel normal raiders claiming a spec is "easy" to play like some people here, then doing 3.5k overalls in your weekly cache runs 😊
This is the type of change that make huge impact on simulations, but changes nothing in the real fights.What, people will MAYBE get this effect one less time during a raid fight? And maybe not even that because there will be times where you have to do mechanics and end up not even having this effect up 100%?
