Weekly AffixesTyrannicalAfflictedBolsteringAfflictedAfflictedAfflicted periodically spawns Afflicted Soul while in combat. Afflicted Souls will begin casting an uninterruptible Afflicted Cry, which will reduce all players Haste by 100% for 10 seconds. Afflicted Souls have Cursed Spirit, Poisoned Spirit, Diseased Spirit and dispelling one of these debuffs (non-Magic dispels), or healing the soul to max health will cause it to stop casting and despawn. Afflicted Cry has a range of 60 yards, and can also be avoided by line-of-sight. AfflictedAfflicted30 secondsBolsteringTyrannicalSeason 2 Affix Rotation

Healers can at least ignore it and still be effective, dps will eventually learn when they lose 100% haste every minute.
