It was already this way for fury warriors. We are capped at 5 targets. I believe this is a good change maybe some abilities should be left uncapped but cmon hunters cant hit everything and do 400k dps at first pull at tol dagor and i do the same no matter if it is 5 targets of 50.
I think this is a good change. As a fury warrior who is already capped at 5 targets there is no reason to take me in high m+ with big pulls when you can get a huntar* that is uncapped and can hit all targets and do crazy dmg. I think a softcap is needed on targets.

Pull 10 mobs.. Blaaaaaadestoooooorm.. oh wait.. 5 targets only (the other 5 next to them are immortal :D ).. LULULU.... Cmon this is reaaaaly stupid change. One of the best and fun moments of gameplay is to have moments where u can stack ur cds and actually do massive aoe pull if u can handle it. On high m+ is already very risky and u cannot do it every pack so u need to play around it. It adds some thinking and management for the group to pull things off. This is another dumbing down the game change imo... I dont see many of the big aoe contenders, that are currently top aoe dps, nerfed.. but i can see those comming too if blizzard continues in this direction. Also have no idea where they comming from. Torgast balansing? Make the game fun.. season 2 m+ - Reaping was one of the most fun affixes we had mainly because of the big aoe pulls ppl enjoyed. Pls let us enjoy the game. Thanks!

Wait doubling the cooldown of Blade Dance is insane. It robs demon hunters from the one thing they were really good at. CLEAVE. So what, now we're just supposed to be mediocre at single target, consistent aoe and cleave too?
Bliz did this at the end of wrath, by the time i came back at the end of mop didnt see it again, thought they got over it.
This is a nice change to nerf melee classes. Melee classes DO have a huge advatange towards casters at dealing AoE damage as they do not have to cast, meaning they do not really have to position themselves correctly the whole time and they have a huge advatange at reacting to deal damage. If a caster loses LoS, it's gg, meanwhile melees do not have this disadvantage.
I like the fact that most people completely miss the part where it says, Keep in mind this may not be the full list, and the change may not even necessarily make it into the game at launch, as everything is subject to further change as the Alpha/Beta process continues.

Pretty weird in my opinion. I understand the sentiment, but why not just prevent the massive power creep we've had the past expansions and just make mobs more difficult instead? If pulling half the dungeon is going to kill you, you won't be able to do it. This has a lot of impact on the overall enjoyment of the game out in the world and while doing older content.
make good content or nerf the players? This is lazy game design.
Revert this and GCD changes. Blizz was doing so well!
