Yay cloudp, voice of reason. The only thing really tragic about the new talents is the irresponsible and completely offensive placement of Improved Holy Nova. It's too deep in holy, inaccessible by disc priests.Grounds for ragequit? Possibly.

Basically, Disc Priests are now losing their priorities, and we're being fed a basically different class. This change is basically like removing the Discipline tree we have now, and putting in a completely different spec. We've gone from a support raid healer into a pure PvP spec. This talent tree looks completely inviable for PvE. And I !@#$ing hate Holy. Rotations are not something you want for a healer; ergo, this will more than likely become just a PvP spec, and all of us healer-discs that love our trees are essentially SoL. GG. I either have to start liking Holy, or I-- among others simply won't enjoy playing our priests anymore. I've got too many achievements/etc to just re-roll a class I enjoy playing. Shame.Minor spelling edit. :3
I don't know why everyone is crying so much about the changes in discipline. From my point of view I am pretty happy cause they are giving "Smite-Priests" some more things to play.I admit, that i am not looking at raid content but I am playing a Discipline/Holy Priest as damage dealer for PvE and if needed as healer in instances. So buffing the damage and crit of smite, holyfire and penance ist something I am reamy looking forward to.Basicaly holy damage priests will be some kind of support DD, which I think is what they should be~
To those of you who are against Smite and the whole Archangel part of the disc tree, this just in:
