This would have to be my Taran Icebreaker, back when BRD was furiously busy and 60 was the level cap. I was a Druid, back when Druids were painfully hard to level, and managed to get a lucky drop that became my first Epic, and most memorable, By Fire Be Purged!
Recently I got Colossal Skull-Clad Cleaver from Halls of Lightning but what made it so epic for me was that, not only, was it my first heroic run I was also invited just before the last boss because a rogue had dropped connection and never returned.Lucky for me the axe dropped and no one else needed it \o/My epic drop :D

I had never ever gotten an epic boe in all of my career in wow, and i had a 70 rogue that i quit about 4 months before WotLK came out. I had player for about 2 to 3 years, and never got any BoE epics, even when I tryed farming for them (stupid I know). Then I rejoin about 3 days ago, and the first day that I reactivated and played, I made a death knight. The second I was able to kill one of the experience giving mob's outside Death's Breach, the FIRST ONE dropped Boots of Avoidance! I was like "WOW IT TOOK ALMOST # FREAKIN YEARS FOR THIS TO HAPPEN!"
My first ever epic (the first is always the best) was the sword Destiny. I got it off a bat in EPL.
The most epic i got wasnt a loot but was a creation mostly. My Palli just hit 69 and i was doing battlegrounds for a long time to get my 70's battleground gear.I was debateing to get the battlegrounds weapon but instead I decided to farm for gold and the mats to obtain http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=36259. I could have gone to raids or do Herocis but I felt that making the sword would have been the most epic,bc it made me feel good that I made something instead of buying a sword through bg marks, badges,or looting a boss.
My most epic moment may be the first kill of Instructor Razuvious in Naxx in the good old Classic wow. Had been working really hard on it and i was the "main priest tank". And i was allso on a lan party so it was a real goodie. Was completly aswesome
Definitely Ursol's Claw. I was all ready to have to run Ramps on my druid as many times as I needed too, since I had heard it was an annoying drop. But it dropped on my first run. :3
Dude, most epic drop? Easy. Well, I always come on wowhead.com to look up dungeon and raid drops. Trying to see what I want and who drops it. The guild was running Karazhan. Like usual I came to wowhead and saw the one handed sword "King's Defender". Not only was it a great sword but it looked awesome. Sadly though it had an 11% drop. My chances were slim. But when we came up to the chess game...well.. sho nuff, it dropped. I was peeing in my pance I was so excited. But here is the thing. I was not the only one who wanted it. Two others including myself rolled for it. First guy rolled 73. Ok ok I can beat that. Second guy rolled 92. My heart sank. No way I'm getting it now. I type /roll....93 YESSSSS! EPIC DROP. EPIC WIN.
Hmmm, lessee...most epic loot I've ever gotten. That would have to be the Chestguard of the Conniver from Nightbane I got for my rogue. Back when BC first released I went poking around in WoW Model viewer to check out gear, and I made this paper doll of my rogue wearing the matching Kara set. (Shoulders from chess, chest from Nightbane, boots from Moroes) that whole deal. Complete with the epic engy goggles, and what turned out to be the model for the arena pvp daggers. I ran Kara every chance I got to try and finish my "dream set" since I worked up engy for the goggles, and bought those daggers as well. But in my thirty something Nightbane kills, I never once saw it. The night before Wrath rolls around, and I'm pretty much done, since at this point Kara is about to go the way of Molten Core. A half dozen of my RL buddies decided we were going to pug the last few spots and do one final Kara before the expansion....and I got my chestpiece. *does another happydance at the memory*
