nice that you bring this knowledge to more casuals.. also nearly no one knows all reflects out of the head and dont see always when targeted...so there a handful weakauras that have them like: https://wago.io/POcV_KnPi :)@MANDL (writer) can you also bring like the biggest reflects from this season in one news post ? like..- "Ironwing Flamespitter" from ID are 500k+ reflects- "Toxic Monstrosity" from Junkyard are also multiple 100k dmg + you can stay inside and dps- ...
The dot definitely stops ticking when he travels from ship to ship, he will go to super low %'s if its applied like just as he disintegrates and he's pushed past a phase hp but the moment he starts porting he takes no dam in all the dungeons I've done
I could have sworn I remember something about reflecting the arcane missiles from Shade of Medivh being pretty good back in Legion. Or maybe I'm just mistaken.
On the last boss, press spell reflect about 3s before he cast burning blast, so you can get max value (reflect - kick - reflect), if you use reflect after he start casting, you do less dmg, because on his 3rd cast it will not be ready.
Solid writing. This is one of the more engaging articles I’ve read in ages. I love reading about eye-watering or brutal amounts of damage. Way to go, Mandl.
on a +10 my warrior can reflect upwards of 800k throughout the last boss fight, it is ALSO good to note the spell reflect is better for a tank cause my warrior is 268 and spell reflected 3 or 4 and got up to that 800k but a 304 warrior (not lying he was decked out) had 1 more spell reflect then me and only was in the 500k range
My team timed a +29 upper kara with a scuffed comp (no bloodlust, mw healer, ret, warrior, rogue, bdk) cause spell reflect carries that dungeon so hard.
Dudes have time to do keys above +20, where the last 'meaningful rewards' are given, by the game. Have those people finished All Torghast achievements, for example? You'll need flawless runs on the last layer for the Meta-Meta-Meta achievement of the expansion.
Can you taunt to reflect while the spells are already being cast, or do you have to taunt before the cast starts?
Reminds me of the obnoxious Shadow Blasts from Ahn'kahar spell flingers-One spell reflect and it's a near insta kill for these adds..
