My favourite zone by far would be Nagrand. It's an absoltely beautiful zone and i had just a blast questing there on every character, it's a zone i always look forward to!
My personal favorite is probably the new Silverpine Forest - of all the new zones, it did the most in making me feel like an operative in service of the Horde (or at least Sylvanas).

Though I've only done it once (post-BC), Kharazan is too mystically awesome not to choose. It almost felt like I was at Hogwarts the whole time, especially with the chess encounter. Very magical place.
I would say Dalaran for its outstanding beauty and the magical wonders that are there in the city, I must say.
Grizzly Hills would have to be my favorite zone. I love the look of it and the music gives it a nice feeling.
I'd have to say Feralas. I have a propensity toward forested areas anyway, and the combination of forest and jungle makes the atmosphere there simply incredible. My irl wife and I met on WoW and had an in-game wedding on top of the Twin Colossus there, so it holds a special place in my memory. :)
I'd have to say Nagrand.Due to the fact that it first of all looks awesome, and the quests are truly magnificent.I mean, when i go there, i usually don't want to leave for any other place. And i usually visit it from time to time, just for the awesomeness.
my favorite zone is burning steppes as i like the music seems to remind me of the warcraft everyone loved, i love burning steppes so much that i downloaded the track and i listen to it in the background its perfect and the black rock mountain from afar is a great picture at night to set as my desktop wallpaper, plus when its winter time in real life the hot fiery lava gives u a warm cosy feeling and the music for me reminds me of when i met my gf as we used to play and go there alot :)
Nagrand was nice... But Hellfire Peninsula gets my vote. The feel upon entering it, grand battle being the first sight - and then the otherworldly atmosphere really getting the player in tune with Outlands. Broken up land, signs of war and massacre everywhere, shadow of the Fel Reaver constantly looming over your character... Waay awesome.
My favorite zone has to be Nagrand. It's a beautiful zone, and I've always liked the various Nesingwary quest chains. After leveling through Outland the first few times I like winding up out there less and less, but I'm always excited when I hit the level for Nagrand quests and stay there as long as I can. It's a simple, relaxing zone.
Always had a soft spot for Duskwood, and Westfall pre-Shattering. Westfall was so peaceful, Duskwood so creepy.
I think my favourite is Ghostlands... Thinking back to my first toon there, it really draws you in with the quests and the environment itself. It's dangerous, foreboding and full of danger. Very few places still feel like that in the game.
Id have to say for a raid zone, its a toss up between AQ40 and ICC. AQ40 had that slight Egyptian style feel to it, while still being vastly different... not to mention a bad mofo for the end boss. I died so many times to those tentacles. With ICC, It just felt epic overall. Every boss kill gave a huge sense of accomplishment. And the LK.. well enough said there. The few times we tried him on Heroic, was seriously Heroic..Everyday zones, hmm, call me wierd but I loved Dalaran pre portal nerf =). I loved there being a huge central hub aside from the 3 faction cities on each side.
