Definitely Mulgore. It's such a peaceful zone and a good place to hang out on my Tauren :D

My favorite zone would have to be shattrath city, the design is simple and difficult to get lost in, while at the same time not being plain or uninteresting, between chilling with A'dal and rocking out in the worlds end tavern with my favorite in-game band, or just chatting with paris hilton (and her ghostly friend), i think ive spent more time in shattrath than orgrimmar and dalaran combined! i was overjoyed when the portal to org was added back to shat, so i could once again hearth to my favorite city and still be able to access the necessities of a main city.
Hard to pick just one. The zones I most like questing and hanging out in are Ashenvale, Zangarmarsh, and Storm Peaks. Ashenvale is a forest, and I like forests. It's also mostly purple, which (being my favourite colour) is a big bonus ^_^ Zangarmarsh I like because it's just so different from most of the rest of Outland; still thriving, still has weather, and the music is awesome. Storm Peaks has some of the best music in the game, and it always feels sort of epic there. Maybe it's all the old Titan stuff left over from Ulduar, or maybe it's the bad-ass Brunnhildar chicks with their bear-riding and Val'kyr wing-removal. Those wacky ladies!
Sholazar Basin was amazing for me the first time I got there. I was so impressed that I had found a lush tropical forest on the most frozen continent in Azeroth...totally EPIC!
Zangarmarsh! Soothing landscape and music to match!
No matter how many times I've leveled through it, I find myself returning over and over to Duskwood. I'm not entirely sure what it is about the place. I'm not a very big fan or horror settings usually. I think it may be that the zone has such a perfectly blended mood. The music and coloring work very well together to create an atmosphere of dreary dread. The plot-line of the quests and the elements of the environment, like the trees and hills, contribute to the sense of menacing somberness. It's such a well crafted zone. I've enjoyed it each time I've quested through it.
My favorite zone has to be Ashenvale. Even though it was terribly huge and took forever back in the day, it still has the most nostalgic value for me.
Mine has to be Twilight Highlands, the main reason being is the amount of elementium which is found there. That makes it very nice to level mining and BS, the only drawback is the vastness of bots which are there at times. Also the landscape and quest lines are designed very well in my opinion.
My favourite zone would have to be Westfall (Westfall) because it has so much sentimental value, rembereing back to when I frist starting playing and how epic the landscape felt.
Nagrand was always my favorite zone, and probably always will be. I loved the vast green hills and just vibe of the whole zone.
