It has to be Realm First! Death's Demise which was so much work I think we had a whole week off after that because it was so stressful. But oh so rewarding.
Hands down, Swift White Hawkstrider. Mostly because i did Magister's Terrace for the first time ever in all my time playing woW and got the phoenix hatchling. then I unlocked the heroic version, ran through it and bam! The hawkstrider dropped. Oh man....my friends were so mad lol
I would have to say my favorite achievement would have to be Fall of the Lich King (10 player). I loved this because when i achieved this on my realm we were currently the 6th worse realm on the US servers. It was also a very bad server for any pug runs to even down the first 4 bosses of ICC let alone a full clear. Well it happened with a full pug group of people and we only wiped twice, once on putricide and once on LK. I just hit 80 2 weeks before this and that made this achievement even more special to me. This is why my druid will wear this title and never wear another one till the day WoW die's.

Accomplished Angler! That was a huge timesink, but its good I like fishing. Winning the tournament over everyone else on a crowded server for my last achievment was golden =)
Wrecking ball, was very challenging but eventually I got it and it felt great.
I'd have to go with Charger on my Paladin. It was a great questline. Sadly, Blizzard has ripped away his noble steed, and replaced it with a mobile circus.
Would have to be in the Feats of Strength section, with the run up to Cata with Operation: Gnomeregan and being part of the masses in our (failed) attempt to get the city back. Was fun to be thrown into the lore of the gnomes and a damn fun drops to get out of it :)
I would have to say the one i like the most is Lil' Game Hunter took me a few years.
Mountain O' Mounts After over 200+ Baron/ZG/Kara/H_MgT runs pre-cata with 0 drops - I was about to go mad or give up.In fact, I don't remember just HOW I managed this achievement, but damned if I'm not proud of being mental.
The Achievement I am the most proud of, would be The Frozen Throne, the death of the Lich King, since, as a paladin, it was the ultimate thing to do un WoTLK, the slaying of the being who cause so much pain, so much misery, and with his life brought to and end, te restoration of Lordaeron could begins. Also, it's becuase I was able to get it BEFORE Cataclysm, which might sound like: meh it's easy but it was an enduring fight, one that tested the keen and the ability of the players, I am most proud of defeating the Lich King BEFORE, The Arrival of the Cataclysm. :D
Veteran of the Shifting Sands. I finished it at the 11th hour... literally. It was like 11pm the night before the shattering patch hit. I did 6 of the raid based objectives that day to sneak it in before the patch.
Just got What a Long, Strange Trip It's Been which I'm proud of because it only took me a little over a year, did everything the first time I could. Now I have my pretty mount and I can fly fast, and saved a TON of gold buying the flying.
Being in a Lore-based RP guild... my proudest moment was getting so I could show that I was, indeed, a master of Lore. I always felt really nooby, since I joined very late in Wrath and my guild has been around in some form or another since the beginning of BC. Now I proved that I did, indeed, know much of the Lore from experiencing all the epic questlines Blizzard offered us. Despite all the titles I get, I will forever be known as Loremaster Aalesia.
