It's not really anything special, but I've always been proud of being a Universal Explorer. even before the title was around half the fun of traversing the world was discovering new places, whether hopping mountains in Northrend or madly riding out to the uncharted south sea islands, there is something satisfying about finding new places, and knowing them from there on out. With the addition of Cataclsym there is a whole new world to explore, and for those with an actual taste for exploration, do so on your ground mounts when you can, flying is great, but the world just becomes a blur.
I collected quite a few achievements so far, however I'm proud of:Glory if ICC raider , Mountain o' Mounts for the great mounts they give and It Belongs in a Museum! for the title.
For me there are two achievements that I'm proud of:Insane in the membrane and Veteran of the shifting sands. The first one obviously because I managed to actually finish the whole mind-numbing grind that it was. and the second one because I finished it basically only like three weeks before they removed the quests (and the elementium droprate of BWL did not like me that much. so I was worried quite a bit.
Not a big achiever -- I am glad I finally got Shop Smart, Shop Pet...Smart though.
I'm quite proud that I got Guardian of Cenarius on both my Shaman and my Druid.... though if I never see another cultist again, it will be too soon.
"Glory of the Hero". I am not a raider, and the random dungeon finder gives me hives. So I didn't earn it during the LK days. But myself and two of my friends got crafty and three manned all of the achievements (except for "share the love" for which you need 5 ppl) I won't say it wasn't easier at 85, but it was light hearted and TONS of fun just the three of us. And we were able to grab up "needy" and "greedy" along the way!
Clearly Insane in the Membrane. Simply because it is something i got alone. Not as a group, but alone. My grinding, my time, my insanity...
Mine has to be The Fifth Element and the knowledge that I earned it when it was progression content.
Veteran of the Shifting Sands :DNot only was it a grand, epic questline designed for an entire guild to work towards, but it followed the huge war effort that actually had both factions working towards it. I also had a lot of fun working towards it on my own after WotLK hit, not in time to get a legendary black scarab, unfortunately, but the dialogue with Azuregos was more than enough reward for me.
It might be a bit strange, but one achie i can remember from a longn time ago. This char wich is now my achievement hunter, was back then my first real char. Made in WotLK when around ToC bacame farmable.Somebody Likes MeWhen i got it, i felt so proud, i did all the quests, darnassus ones, cause then i was still a night elf druid. I did all starter quests i remember being level 30 and running around Teldrassil to find the last 3-4 quests i knew i skipped. Then to go to darkshore and do the same... xDAt around level 28-30 (somewhere) i got it. It felt so good, the first real thing wich needed a lot of work (on that level) and i got it.I remmeber one of my friends leveling with me became level 70+ in the same time. But i didnt care. I lvoed achievement hunting fromn that moment on.Also i remember, the quest wich made me ding 44. Will never forget that, also gave me Ambassador of the Alliance.~Layzor
Glory of the Cataclysm Hero ! This meta was (mostly) fun, and I really like the feeling of accomplishment from completing it before we completely trivialize the encounters with four tiers of gear. Of course, some of the achievements are just a pain, like Headed South. But I also got a cool looking volcanic drake for it! Which is awesome.
