Please read :For people who are "afraid" about the K value increases. Don't forget that mobs have armor too and if K is going up that means the damage we do to them is also highter, Final damage done to the boss = Raw damage * ( 1 - (boss armor/(boss armor + K)))i dont know if the boss armor are increasing but even if it yes it's always more damage done (ofc this is not a concern to ranged players execpt hunters).Ty for reading
Not only they took away Titanforge but they also make the armor even weaker? What the $%^& Blizzard? Why the &*!@ do we have to feel WEAKER? The leveling in BFA was already terrible that they had to admit they screwed up the scaling too bad and leveling up actually made you literally WEAKER.Now you have the similar mindset here?
Cool change!
we need easier content :P well i do hehe, thats why i don't do mythics.
Prepare for oneshots even in keys as low as +10 in season 3...
People need to cool it. The new seasonal affix appears easier than current. As we saw with benthic, corrupted gear will be stronger than any titanforging. Disagreeing with the direction blizz takes is fair but people making comments as if they know more about how this will affect keys than blizz does is an absolute joke.
I wasn't happy with WoD and its lack of content but I was subbed all throughout the expansion with multiple alts because at least the classes and specs were fun to play. In BFA, I unsubbed right before the Battle for Dazar'alor raid. WoD lacked content but the class and system design in BFA made expansion feature content like Warfronts and Island Expeditions mindless and underwhelming for how much they promoted them before the launch. I had my issues with Legion, especially the RNG on legendaries and the AP grind, but Blizzard took the worst of these Legion elements and amplified them with nothing to compensate. On top of the disaster that was Azerite armor making us feel weak and backwards, and the incoherent and frustrating narrative for both factions, Battle for Azeroth took the top spot for worst WoW expansion. A whole lot of flaws coalesced into a giant turd. This is the first expansion where I will not pre-order and will wait till the expansion is released. I lost a lot of faith in Blizzard due to this expansion. For those of you wondering how some of us feel BFA is worse than WoD, we do have valid reasons. WoD wasn't a good expansion by any means, especially after you finished leveling, but the content they did give us were fun because the classes weren't pruned into oblivion and we weren't stuck with artificial time-gate barriers and Azerite mechanics that made us feel punished for playing the game.
To be honest, while it's really nothing new to see doom and gloom, it's a bit premature to state that the buff is excessive without factual testing with appropriate kit on the characters doing the run. If you tell me that say, a HC raid geared team with properly leveled essences is repeatedly getting owned in 15s without making very serious mistakes, I'm all ears, but until then and while the change is quite steep, I prefer to wait and see how it pans out and, if it's a mess, how appropriately Blizz addresses it.
This is confusing. We are getting the K value adjusted, just so we can push our defenses back to where they are right now? Why the heck are our characters getting set back to square 1 every patch? It's incredibly demotivating to read
How is greed a factor?
They're doing this because they expect people trying to push 15s to kill time for nearly a year with no new content. No one told them that not everyone does m+.
