Did I read part of that correctly? The requirement for the beloved title is being dropped down to 60 needed instead of 70 or did I just have a reading fail?
Why the heck is blizzard making it impossible to preform a shatter combo as frost?
Agreed. Let's get an HD pack released, Blizz!
@Nefashu9989:in beta, friendships counted towards exalted reps. the devs claimed that this was a mistake and said they would remove friendships from the counter and reduce the beloved title's rep requirement. when mists went live, they made friendships not count but kept it at 70 reps. i figured they forgot what they had said they would do, but it turns out they just took longer than expected to follow through.you're probably shocked that they made a ridiculously hard achieve into a ridiculously easy one. and you're right. i though 70 was a bit over the top, but 60 isn't very much at all.
There should be some separate wows for PvE and PvP. Because it can't be helped that one ruins another. Obviously all mage nerfs come from PvP, as I basically don't see much value of CC in current raids, nor do I see fire on top of the dps chain by miles. While I could care less for frost, and even less - for PvP, I don't understand how is 3 second cd on pyroblast going to help in PvE. Their MoP crit management fix of heating up allowed precisely pyro crit chains, even without top-end DS hc gear.Sure in normal rotation we should be able to insert a 3 second gap between pyroblasts, but what about burst? What about luck streaks that allowed us to cast 3-4 pyros in a row, thanks to crit-blast-combu-blast-crit?Proper crit stacked combustion was bread and butter of fire dps throughout whole Dragon Soul. That was their bestial wrath, their recklessness, their rogueness, their shaman threebutton - you call it. Now I do realize that in PvP it may have been messy for the opponent... but isn't everything? Even then - sure, fix it for PvP. But at the cost of taking out one of fire's core mechanics of dps?I don't want to be tunneled into frost, much less - arcane, but it seems these specs may fare better in competitive burst environment later... which is often the case of most encounters.
No, Pyroblast was nerfed. Take a look between the two builds, you'll notice that the new Pyroblast has a 3 second cooldown. That effectively ends any type of Pyro chain-casting. I can understand nerfing that for PvP, (Setting off like 5-7 instant Pyros is pretty overpowered) but is this change really necessary for PvE as well? And if you don't understand how a mage can chain cast Pyroblasts like that, all I have to say is decent critical chance, Presence of Mind, and Alter Time. (Honestly, I still think Alter Time is one of the most bad ass spells we have)
When starting blizzard to fire people.? surely it will soon be time Or are you trying to lose all the old players completely.. if this keeps up They will only have 10 years old kids who cry about any thing.. we want vanilla back And that can only be in 1 speed and thats too slow blizz
The new Aim Shot glyph is dangerous, and im a hunter haha, love it!
Finally some nice paladin changes with the new , which finally can be helpful. On the other hand, no "real" nerfs for Warriors, which kinda disapoints me ... Although has been changed in a good way, for non-warrior players :D
Aberations are the pets that priests summon.
