I have a few resolutions/goals this year. In game it isn't anything so much as just trying to down content as it comes and get ALL THE MOUNTS. Out of game I'm striving to finally drop weight that I gained after having two children, and then in the fall I will finally be going back to school and finishing my degree. Or at least thats the plan, those are the goals. To be happier, healthier, stronger, and smarter. And hopefully richer after I snag that degree :P. /crossfingers!
Win a TCG Battleground since I'm finally moving close to an official store this summer
My new year's resolution is to afford and buy a better computer so that I can post screenshots to Wowhead without stopping to increase the graphics quality and hoping I can hit "Print Screen" while running at 0.5 FPS before the NPC walks away.
I've been farming the Time-Lost Proto for years - easily over 200 hours camping spawns. Something like 40 Vyra kills. I resolve to continue in the hunt. 2012 - the year of the continued mount farming. Here's to 150+!
I have a few resolutions, both in an out of game. In World of Warcraft, my resolutions are simple: to finally, after well over a year, take my first character to level 85. One there, I have a few other intentions. I want to gather some low-mid level crafting materials and find newer players that need the help, and then gift the materials to them. I remember my first few months of playing, and how bad I was. Without the help i got, I doubt I would have grew to enjoy the game as much as I currently do.Out of game, my resolutions are on an entirely different spectrum. It's my first year of university, and while my first semester marks were okay, they are not at the levels I would like. That first semester took a lot of adjusting: new city, a terrible roommate, a new learning style. I think I have adjusted enough, and I believe this semester I will be able to study better, and get better marks, and maybe even pick up a part time job so I can start to pay back the people in my life who have given me so much, my WoW subscription included. So, in short, I guess my resolutions this year are to start paying back those who have helped me in the past, both in game and not.
I used to have resolutions every year, but I'm lousy at them. Lose weight -- fail... Be better (fill in the blank) -- fail. Try harder at (fill in the blank) -- fail.I think the best resolution is self acceptance. I am who I am and while I have dreams and desires that I may try or fail to achieve making them a "resolution" will not change the outcome... well at least not for me.So, my wish is, that everyone achieves their resolution so long as that resolution harms no one.
I'm sticking with 1080p as my resolution! :-)
In game: Raid more and PVP more.In RL: Stop playing WoW so much.I think I'm going to succeed at one of these.
My new years resolutions is to get fit in real life and build more muscles. Already started at the local gym and I'm proud of myself! As for ingame I'm going to get over 9000 achievement points and gladiator title! It's going to be an interresting year and I'm already started.
My resolution this year was to play less WoW. To that end, I rerolled on a high-population, well progressed server and started anew. My old server houses my five 85s, and I was just becoming too wrapped up in making sure each of them was geared enough for raids at a moment's notice.I've started fresh with only a DPS toon and a bank alt and so far I'm enjoying it. I haven't touched my old toons since before Christmas.
To quit smoking, so as to stop worrying my fiancee.
My new years resolution is to stick with pyhsical theropy and get my back fixed, and to get in better shape so that i can be a better pet owner to my hyper acitve 1yr old german sheperd
To get better grades and buy a razer naga epic by the end of July.
