For Kyrian, I found success with:

Front Row: Kleia (50) - Teliah (50) - Apolon (48)

Back Row: Mikanikos (49) - Pelagos (50)

It is all about the single target damage on Krala since she taunts all your followers, and you gotta be lucky so the enemy debuff doesn't hit Mikanikos.

However, this comp is rng free and will definitely work if same/close levels.

You can replace Kleia with Bron, or Apolon with Pelodis/Nemea, they practically do the same thing just Kleia and Apolon are slightly better.

This was slightly harder than all other maw missions, but you don't need level 60 followers to do this. I think the only mission similar to this in terms of difficulty level (for Kyrian) is
Coalescing Stygia.

I got this mission from an item that dropped in Korthia. It's the last one I need for the achievement.
I failed the mission, trying to figure out if/how I can get it back now. Does anyone know? Should I farm for it in Korthia?

Is there any prerequisite for this one showing up? It's the last one I need for 'Into the Breach', but sofar, its never appeared even once. :/

finally got it as Ventyr.
Setup: Nadija, Draven, StoneHuck (57) + Theotar, Kaletar

StoneHuck and General dies. Nadjia and Kaletar was on low. Theotar was fine. So I think this setup pretty stable for success.

I never figured out how to trigger this adventure. I switched covenants and it appeared. Clearly , with most of my companions level 10 or less it was impossible. I gambled that these type of missions are tied to my account and switched back to my previous convenant (which I was already 80) and the mission was there. With a troop of all 60 companions it was easy win in 5 turns.

Maybe it has to do with something about starting a covenant, but I remembered when I first started playing that this mission appeared and it was impossible for me at the time. Hope this helps you.

This is showing as level 66 rare mission after 9.1.5 launched and the best I can get is ~70% win chance regardless of follower combo (all level 60). Could it be bugged?

This was my last mission for Adventures: Into the Breach. Because of the long wait I had all my followers fully leveled, resulting in the mission being level 66.

As Night Fae with all followers on level 60 I was able to quite succesfully complete the mission with the following:
Karynmwylyann - Dreamweaver - Chalkyth
Te'zan - Hunt-Captain Korayn

Since Night Fae setups here relied on Karynmwylyann or Lloth'wellyn and I have neither, I was successful with this (all vl 60):

Chalkyth / Duskleaf / Te'zan
Sulanoom / Dreamweaver

Only Sulanoom survived, but I completed the mission.

I was Necro for about a year and this quest never popped. When I switched over to Night Fae it did, I remained unable to complete it as I levelled up my companions, was finally able to complete with just Sulanoom when I got him to 58, and used a mix of troops in the other 4 slots.

The mission finally showed up for me today. I had to take a closer look at what adventurers to use since the mission is quite hard (level 66+).

Here's my setup on Venthyr:

First Row, from left to right:

Nadjia the Mistblade (decent health and single-target damage. Has an ability to avoid damage.)
Madame Iza (a better version of Kaletar. Has 3005 health and heals everyone for 252 regularly.)
Stonehuck (best AoE adventurer since his ability has the shortest cooldown (1 round). Other adventurers like Vulca, Lucia, Nerith Darkwing have a cooldown of 3-4 turns.)

Second row, from left to right:

General Draven (my go-to adventuerer on difficult missions. Good tank with 3500 health and his Protective Aura reduces all damage taken for the whole group by 20%)
Theotar (decent AoE on a 2-round cooldown. However, his real strength is Exsanguination which increases enemy damage taken by 40% once in a while.)

Naturally, venture plan placed them this way for most optimal odds of survival.

I had a theory about how to make this 66lvl mission pop. Although i have had many 60lvl followers with my main covenant i did not see this mission for about 2 months until i tested my theory out. Reading the comments, it's easy to notice that missions stay the same when changing covenants after 9.1.5, which means that the at-time-upcoming maw-themed missions do not consider one specific covenant follower pool but all of them.
Having unlocked the mission tables for all covenants and having 2 of them untouched, lead me to believe that if i try to maximize my mission pool average level (by completing missions that lead to more difficult missions) might hold the key to unlock a 66lvl mission. After 5-10 of these missions from my dormant covenants completed successfully this mission was the next to pop, and actually popping half the times since then. Hope that works for you too.

Just completed this one tonight as Night Fae,

For those who are struggling - The power of Te'Zan and Lloth should NOT be underestimated. I failed this quest many times using teams of Level 60 Companions mentioned above, and then for boredom I tried a team with Te'Zan and went from being total destroyed to a clear victory simply because of the AOE. Your secret sauce for this Achievement is AOE.

How to Trigger Quest:

You need to be on the 3rd Final Campaign or Later (the Mount Quests).

You will automatically see (2) Maw Missions every time you change covenant. If you do not see these than change to another covenant and then change back.

For the Maw Missions, another will populate once for each of the initial two you get on resetting covenant. You need to assign a troop to each of the FOUR missions and then you can head back to Oribos and change covenants and you will get another two Missions. Rinse, Repeat until you obtain the Mission that you require for achievement. If you are low on Anima than head down to ZM and enter the Rare Hunting Groups (35) x 6 to 9 per rare adds up quickly and makes this much easier until you get the fabled Krala Mission!

How to Speed level:

If you change covenants every non-Maw Mission you have on table will reset. So head to Oribos and change covenants, and then immediately change back to primary. From there you can check missions from Oribos for the ones you want. If you do not get the combination you want than rinse and repeat until you do. I found doing this three to four times daily did wonders. There are a couple you are looking for:

600 XP + 1500 Completion - This is the Mission you want to assign your troops to while playing. Start the Mission when you log-in, and it will be done by the end of your session!
1500 XP + 2500 Completion - This is the Mission you want to assign before work or before bedtime. It takes 7.5 Hours and keeps your troops busy by the time you return back.
7500 XP OR 10000 XP Charm - This is the Mission you want to have your Level 60 Troops Assigned. You should then use on your Team of 5. If done correctly you earn 2-3 per day.

Combined. You are earning an average of 4,000 XP (when you wakeup), 1800 - 3600 (Throughout Day), and then Setup another 4,000 XP before bed for morning. This means up to 7600 XP for the Team Per Day and often an additional 7500 - 17,500 in Individual Charms. This means you can level a whole team from scratch in about 30-Days. This is done even faster if you complete Renown 80 for each Covenant as you earn 3x of the 75,000 per Covenant and that can single handed power up your desired teams. Do not bother leveling non-AOE troops!

How to Complete Quest:

Successful Teams tend to require at least ~1650 - 1700 Damage and at least 9200 Health.

Successful Teams tend to have at least (2) Companions that have AoE and at least (2) Companions that can Tank (Slot 1 and 3). You should choose High Health AoE Companions over Tank or Healer Companions, and should ignore the High Health / Damage of the Enemy as the Damage is HALVED by the Bosses Taunt ability which allows your team to refresh their abilities. If your ability is on a 3-Turn Cycle that is the idea as it triggers before first taunt and the turn immediately after the turn ends which means the adds around the boss melt.

I saw this for the first time today. It was a level 66 mission but accidentally TLDRMissions autostarted it for me with a fail team for XP.

Toops were at level 48, have never been above 50.

I had finally got my renown to 80 with Kyrian the day before it showed up. And accepted the final follower Auric Spiritguide as a level 1 follower.

I was also doing all missions even failing to get XP on my followers as a previous comment said this showed up after Troops were above 50.

I'd say if you've not seen this yet just ensure your renown is at 80, if it's still not showing look at completing/failing the special (black background) missions.
