To buy this item you need Venthyr Renown lvl 34.

You get Renown by doing your Covenant Campaign and by doing two weekly quests:

Return Lost Souls.

To know what is your renown lvl check the Keeper of Renown NPC in your Covenant Hall.
Venthyr: Rahel located inside Sinfall near to Sanctum Upgrades.

I finally transmogged this and was pleasantly surprised that it's got physics... the blades bounce and sway a bit individually as you move, and it looks awesome. Also as someone else mentioned, it hides your weapon if it's something you'd normally have on your back. Doubly awesome!
So i wasn't sure at first if this was worth getting, but now that i have it, i can definitely say it is.

Don't do what I did. YOU must be with the Venthyr Covenant to use this for Transmog. I wanted for a toon that was not in Venthy so found out the hard way as basically wastred 3500 anima and 40 tokens to buy it to not be able to use it. Thx Blizz for not m,aking this like other items where once you spend the time getting it you can use it on ALL your toons

This is going to be completely useless info as I'm sure 99% of people won't ever care, but I thought it was fun.

I had to go out to Netherwing Ledge in Outland to do the absolutely ridiculous final race (yep, forgot about it after all these years). I noticed that when I'm in my orc disguise, the xmogged blades were down under my feet, in the ground. If I jumped, they would jump up with me with the normal physics they have.

So, yes, useless info and I'm doubting anyone will actually go out there to see, but I wanted to pass it along :D

For those trying to transmog to this item on a different character than the one who bought it, or from a covenant other than Venthyr: You can only transmog this item if you are Venthyr. You don't have to stay one though.

Switch to Venthyr to be able to transmog this item on any alt and then when you switch back to your covenant of choice you will still have the mog. It doesn't even appear in your appearance collection if you are not Venthyr at the moment.

Little weird it's Covenant specific but.. also not? Seems like a nonsensical hoop to jump through
