Be aware you can consume this on the character that you bought it with all the unlocks thus gaining nothing.

Totally thought this was an upgrade in some way. The text should've been more descriptive. Ah well, at least rubies are not hard to come buy. Dumb that they cap at 100 though... I'd have thousands upon thousands by now if they weren't capped.

This item WILL add these amenities to alts that don't have the rep to purchase them yet on their own.

EDIT: HOWEVER: Considerations for IF or WHEN to actually use on an alt:

1) It takes a bit of time to get the 85 rubies needed to purchase for an alt. Do your alt's chosen Guests need the options provided by the amenity yet (go for
Restock and Repair, Tips and Tricks for Keeping the Party Going 1st imho)
2) Once used, you can NOT open the Ember Court until you've unlocked at least 1 selection for each amenity. Easiest to do quickly are:
Security - Ember Court: Venthyr Volunteers
Decorations - Ember Court: Traditional

Helpfully there is now blue text at bottom of description which reads "This is intended to be purchased on a "main" Venthyr character to send to "alt" Venthyr characters to get a head-start on ember court progress". The same text appears on both of the items being sold for 85 rubies at exalted rep.

To check if you've already used the party planning note on a particular alt, run the following commands, one at a time:
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(61493))
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(61494))

If both return true, you've already used the note to unlock decorations and security.

(Alternately, you could always just check your Ember Court stations and see if they're unlocked. But if you don't wanna go look, you can run the commands instead.)
