Urduu requires that you kill a Staghorn Reefwalker on top of him. (You must keep hitting the Reefwalker to keep aggro while you kite it to the rare) You must make sure that the Reefwalker is facing Urduu when you kill it in order for Urduu to activate correctly.

Kelpwillow requires that you charm a Muck Slug with Prismatic Crystal and take it back to him.

Oronu requires that you, or someone else, own a Drowned Hatchling. (Bought from Feylana the Handler for 40 Prismatic Manapearl) You must then have it out/summon it on top of the rare.

Anemonar requires that you kite a Colossal Sky Ray and kill it on top of him. Colossal Sky Ray are very high up in Nazjatar and may require either a Goblin Glider Kit or a Deepcoral Pod to tag. They have 11 million health, so having a group for them, before the rare, may be helpful. Below is a way point where it should be easy to pull a Colossal Sky Ray.

Turning it in gave me 100 Combat Experience across all Followers and 350 reputation with the The Unshackled. Pretty sure it's 350 reputation with the Waveblade Ankoan as well if Alliance.

i hope Ancient Reedwalker Bark is not a weekly drop similar to the mardiva's event...

For anyone, like me, who just came here to figure out where it turns in, and not where it drops, it turns into your main hub in nazjatar. Just look for blue ? on minimap.

Hi! Want to share combined knowledge on how to boost follower experience.
Stable version of the comment.

Giant Crab Leg - 50 reputation with Poen Gillbrack/Bladesman Inowari. Drop from Sandclaw Stoneshell and crabs west of Gate of the Queen (~41 16). +1 drop once from Arcane Pylon.
Fathom Ray Wing - 50 reputation with Neri Sharpfin/Hunter Akana. Drop from Soundless and rays in Coral Forest (~ 58 50).
Eel Filet - 50 reputation with Vim Brineheart/Farseer Ori. Drop from Chasm-Haunter and eels in The Hanging Reef (~ 50 72) + Deepcoil Tunnels (~61 18).
Reefwalker Bark - 20 reputation with each bodyguard (60 total). Drop from Kelpwillow/Anemonar/Urduu/Oronu and Murkbloom Reefwalker in The Hanging Reef (~50 72). +1 drop once from Arcane Pylon.
Unusually Wise Hermit Crab - 75 reputation with targeted bodyguard. Random proc from Mrrl with Azsh'ari Stormsurger Cape (make sure you get the WA for murlocs - its a blessing).
Ancient Reefwalker Bark - 100 reputation with each bodyguard (300 total). Drop from Kelpwillow/Anemonar/Urduu/Oronu. Not 100% drop, but very high. WEEKLY.
Naga Deployment Orders - 150 reputation with each bodyguard (450 total). This is a drop from Glimmering Chest (obtainable after using Scrying Stone) or Ominous Looking Tome sold by Mrrl.
As for my experience, I would recommend farming Orders from chests after the reset and then wait for Tome from Mrrl. Very rare drop from chests, not sure if I had them drop twice a week.

Tip for Murloco - buy one Hungry Herald's Tentacle Taco, sell to vendor, buy another one, craft an item from Mrrl and buyback for next time :)
Also, if Shirakess Armwraps following their description, they might be related to these items.

Follower levels doesn't give any boosts to their exp. e.g. no point to max one follower and then the others.
As they are leveling up by "experience", you don't get bonuses from Darkmoon Faire etc.

Recommendations:
0. Phasing. If Naga Deployment Orders and/or Unusually Wise Hermit Crab are sold today by Mrrl, you can buy them again tomorrow. Jump Nazjatar groups and find yesterday's phase. Sometimes it's really tough but don't give up. Also, you definitely can buy different items from different phases e.g. you buy "first" item without cloak and then you buy second with it - first item would be locked though.
1. Actual "farming" is not worth the time. Getting Ancient Reefwalker Bark weekly and buying items from Mrrl differs by ~one extra Naga Deployment Orders and 1-2 greenies only.
2. Rares have much higher chance to drop rep items, so aim for them and then try to farm small ones if needed. The bigger the mob - the bigger the chance.
3. Get WA for auto-buying items from Mrrl - can be found in the comment by Sipder2. It's a blessing (buggy though -> relog).
4. Don't waste too much time on Scrying Stone. Really not worth your time in life.

Got the Aqua Team Murder Force on August 16, 2019 that is about 7 weeks. But you can do better!

If you've already killed all the rares, and you didn't get the Ancient Reefwalker Bark, you can keep killing them until you did. I killed all four, didn't get one but everyone in my party did, and then killed Oronu again and got the bark.

You can receive rep multiple times a week. I killed Anemonar on 7/6 and received an Ancient Bark and turned in for rep and then killed him again on 7/7 and received another bark and was able to turn in.

I also killed him on 7/2 and received a bark for turn in.

I have not received multiple barks or any barks on any of the others.

As I went through the database and tried to find ID of this weekly Q I found this ID. This script should work and should be right but im not 100% sure if its the exact one for that quest and if it works just for one complete or weekly. Ill test it on wednesday on a reset day and then ill make sure it works on 100%. But meanwhile you can try it. Cheers

If anyone was wondering

If you have one of your followers at max level and turn the bark in the exp that would go to your maxed follower does NOT split to your remaining followers.

In my case I have Bladesman Inowa at level 30.
I turned in the ancient bark and it still gave all 3 100 exp.
