Major Power: Focused Azerite Beam

Rank 1: (1.6 sec cast, 1.5 min cooldown): Focus excess Azerite energy into the Heart of Azeroth, then expel that energy outward, dealing 126,700 Fire damage to all enemies in front of you over 2.5 sec.
Rank 2: (1.1 sec cast, 1.5 min cooldown): Focus excess Azerite energy into the Heart of Azeroth, then expel that energy outward, dealing 126,700 Fire damage to all enemies in front of you over 2.5 sec.
Rank 3: (1.1 sec cast, 1.5 min cooldown): Focus excess Azerite energy into the Heart of Azeroth, then expel that energy outward, dealing 126,700 Fire damage to all enemies in front of you over 2.5 sec. Castable while moving.

Minor Power: Focused Energy

Rank 1: Your damaging spells and abilities grant you 20 Haste for 4 sec, stacking up to 10 times. This Haste is lost if you stop using spells or abilities against the initial target.
Rank 2: Your damaging spells and abilities grant you Haste for 4 sec, stacking up to 10 times. This Haste is lost if you stop using spells or abilities against the initial target.
Rank 3: Your damaging spells and abilities grant you Haste for 4 sec, stacking up to 10 times. This Haste is lost if you stop using spells or abilities against the initial target. When you have no stacks of Focused Energy, generate 3 stacks from your first damaging spell or ability.

Drop Location: Mythic+ Dungeons

Rank 1: Complete a 4+ Mythic Dungeon in Season 3 and loot the end of dungeon chest. (Clarification: must be timed)
Rank 2: Complete a 7+ Mythic Dungeon in Season 3 and loot the end of dungeon chest. (Clarification: must be timed)
Rank 3: Combine 15 Focused Life Anima, obtained from your Weekly Mythic+ Chest in Season 3.
Rank 4: Complete Battle for Azeroth Keystone Master: Season Three or later seasons.

The UI for Essences earned in Mythic Keystone Dungeons now state that the dungeon needs to be completed in time.

If you just got Keystone Master for timing all those 15+ but still haven't got your Biconcavic Lens of the Focusing Iris, don't worry, you just need to go buy it from the ethereal that sells Azerite pieces for residum. The Rank 4 lens cost 800 residum.

For those who wondered, Battle for Azeroth Keystone Master: Season Three does not unlock the rank 4 for the rest of your characters, but only on the characters that did the achievement.

EDIT: As of 8.3, if you have the achievement on one character, you can also buy the rank 4 on your alt for 75 Titan Residuum. I was able to buy it on my rogue who already had rank 3 but not the achievement.

Just completed all season 4 15's in time on my warlock and got the achievement.

I was then able to purchase the rank 4 essences on my warrior alt who has not even completed a 15 this season, but does have rank 3 of both essences. Screenshot attached.
