Minor Power: Null Barrier

Rank 1: Every 20 sec, gain a Null Barrier, absorbing the next 22,638 magic damage you take for 10 sec.
Rank 2: Every 15 sec, gain a Null Barrier, absorbing the next 22,638 magic damage you take for 10 sec.

July 12 Hotfix:

The cost of the Rank 3 Essences available from the Rustbolt Quartermaster has been reduced to 15 Galvanic Oscillators (was 25 Galvanic Oscillators) for the first Essence. Subsequent Rank 3 Essences now cost 6 Galvanic Oscillators (was 15 Galvanic Oscillators).

You cannot purchase the third rank, without using the first/second one. You will see it in the tab, but you'll first have to go back to the Chamber of Heart, put the Nullification Dynamo in there and then you can return to purchase the second rank, then go back to the Chamber of Heart to put it in and then you'll have to go back to Mechagon to get the third rank and then you'll have to go back to the Chamber of Heart to put it in...

I was personally hoping the 3rd rank would make it "every 10 seconds, gain a magic absorb shield for 10 seconds" as opposed to this weird damage implosion thing.
