Can appear for selection at Deaths of Chromie Scenario by using Sands of Time

Have chance to drop several items to make Chronoportal challenges easier/shorter.

Tyrande's Moonstone - Use it after you teleported into portal. Hippogryph will fly you to end.
Cenarion Circle Documents - Speaking with Adrine Towhide will instantly finish that one.
Brimstone Beacon - When you use this, last rare will instantly spawn
Stratholme Gate Key - With this key you can open the Market Row Gate to reach final rare without doing all the quests.

I personally think Stratholme Gate Key and Brimstone Beacon is the best time saving.
Tyrande's Moonstone can be also good time saving if you cannot skip the Abyssal Doombringer's on start. (Abyssal Doombringer's can be skipped if you stick on the left side, ofcourse you have to wait sometime to have enough distance.)
You may think Cenarion Circle Documents is the best one but please consider, you can loot a lot of Sands of Time during that challenge.

P.S.- Just in case if you are looking for more of Sands of Time then you can always kill rare mobs which is Icefist, Bloodfeast, Bonesunder, Iceshatter, Dregmar Runebrand

ATTENTION! You get Scribbled Ravings by opening Time-Lost Keepsake Box... Its because you didn't discover or fully complete one of Chronoportals, or you didn't do pre-quests for Chronoportals. Once you discover everything, box should contain item.

Unlike the Time-Lost Wallet, the Time-Lost Keepsake Box does not stay in your bags after the scenario is over. I had two of these, and wasn't making the timer anyways, so I wondered if maybe items that had "Time-Lost" in the name could be saved for future runs. This is not the case, however.

BEWARE: It can drop items for already cleared portals

As a clarification: it seems that the keepsake is determined when you loot the box. As such, if you haven't cleared any portals, loot a box and then clear out a portal you can still get the keepsake for that portal. If you're still aiming to complete the scenario and do not get more than two Keepsakes (usually without the Sands of Time increased rate), clear Hyjal and the Well before getting any boxes. If they do appear from the Sands, cancel the Sands until you clear the portals, and then use it.

If you have not completed a portal even once yet, the box will *not* drop the item for you to 'shortcut' it.

Therefore, I would personally recommend taking the time to complete the portals *first*, knowing that you won't be able to complete the timer. That way, later on, you'll have more of a chance to get the pieces out of it and shortcut the whole thing.

Kind of stupid that you can't save the time saver items that drop from this. Have to do each portal all the way through, but each shrine you can jump to the boss after completing.
