This is a non-consumable, non-binding potion of nightmares which can be used every 30 minutes in place of any mana / nightmare potions you may have. It can be mailed to an alt and/or auctioned. At level 100, it grants 17,000 mana/10 seconds - half the amount a Draenic Mana Potion(34,000) grants or one third the amount of Draenic Channeled Mana Potion(51,000) (or Brilliant Dreampetal(51,000) from Herbalism but not limited to Herbalists). You can decide if less mana is worth spending 0 gold on the current fight. I recommend creating a macro to keep it on cooldown whenever possible to save your consumables:

It can be found at 57.7,62.2 in Nagrand contained in Pale Elixir atop a cliff. Use the higher cliffs to drop down to it and grab it.

It's hidden under a tree on a ledge beneath it at 57 62. Be warned I turned as I looted this item and it didn't appear in my bags at all but it did disappear for me from sight but it will appear in your mail later.

This was ninja-nerfed from being BoA to being BoP. My condolences to others who stored this on a bank alt and can no longer retrieve this for their characters who have already looted it.

Pale Vision Potion is one of 10 unlimited-use global-use buff items available in game.
Pale Vision Potion is contained in Pale Elixir, a treasure found in Nagrand, Draenor (locat1on: 57.8, 62.6).

To see if you've already looted Pale Elixir type in game:
