I know i can use focus but since the people rarely change it would be just as easy to enter their names.
I dont really get this part. You assign your focus and you're the only one that can change that focus.
(Unless it's possible through a broadcast addon to send a bla bla bla to change your focus).
But what joltadin said pretty much. If you want the first macro to be on your focus just change to
The judge macro doesnt work though.
You'd need a "/targetlasttarget" at the end. Since the effects applied after your judgement will make you automatically target your judge target.

If/when I heal on my pally (he's prot) I usually just end up using clique+X-perl, but healbot and stuff works too. I just bind holy shock to the thumb button, flash of light to Lclick, holy light to Rclick, and beacon of light to the middle mouse button.
It really doesn't matter what setup you use if you heal this way, although there are some people who view it as cheating even though it's not. You can use grid, x-perl, or the standard blizz raid UI in tandem with something akin to clique, or you can just use healbot. It's probably easiest for pallys because they have few button options, but it gets slightly more complex on other classes like priests who have a heal for everything.
There are a few really good posts discussing these UI/addons

/cast Judgement of Light
You can switch the name of the Judgement based on what you use.
If these don't work, I'll get back to you :)
You need to add
/targetlasttarget
on the bottom of that macro, because casting judgements changes your target.
I lost a tank on patchwerk when I first learned that. Hahaha.
